A great range of fish and seafood, expertly prepared in an authentic Hong Kong style. I have never been served anything less than excellent and the service is always very friendly. There are lots of great dishes on the menu, but do ask for recommendations based upon whatever fresh fish/seafood they have on the day of your visit. Well worth the short trip out of the city centre.

Very good hotpot restaurant - excellent food and friendly helpful staff. Our table all went for the spicy hotspot stock and weren't disappointed. I've been to many hotpot restaurants in China and found this one very authentic!You will need a good degree of self control to stop eating everything that comes on the conveyor belt!

The sleek and modern design gives a great atmosphere with both a nod to the traditional culture of Asia and the futuristic visionary of the continent. The food is exceptionally high quality with everything tasting fresh and hand made. The portion sizes are larger than expected, especially when it comes to the starters. Not only does the food taste amazing but it is presented with theatricality and flair that truly brings it to life. Stand outs have to be the desserts. A Cherry Blossom tree made of chocolate, candy floss, cherry sorbet and chocolate mouse brought to life with a splash of dry ice. Chocolate Brownie stacked to resemble the famous pagoda's, again a touch of dry ice really sets the mood for the grand finale to your meal.I can't recommend this place enough. High quality, theatrical and modern.
