Reviewed By EricaB2720Our family loved staying here. Definitely the best breakfast we've had in Sri Lanka... by far!! I would have given it a 5 star rating, but they are busy building on the site... should be finished soon, so don't let that put you off. It's an easy walk to the beach and the owners are super friendly.

Scam after scam
Reviewed By IanW2237Owner tried to negotiate a 500 rupee tuktuk ride into town, later admitting it should be about 100 rupees. After that we couldn’t really trust the guy. Every time we spoke we had to run a gauntlet of standard tourist traps that we had spent two weeks learning to avoid. When he pulled out the gemstones - I nearly laughed out loud. They should concentrate on running a decent hotel, which gives good service, rather than just trying to lift a few rupees here, a few rupees there. Rooms pretty standard, he inevitably overcharged us compared to prices online. No breakfast. Thank god we didn’t go for the food as no doubt that would have come at a hefty price. Nice to be on the beachfront, but owners five or so dogs - including a Rottweiler - which followed us, made it uncomfortable to sit. Fittings propped up to look fine, then fall apart when touched. I’d try somewhere else on the nice side of dikwella - especially when you consider the price of taking a tuktuk everywhere - it’s really not worth it.

Best Homestay in Hiriketiya
Reviewed By annaagulloOur stay in Indunil Homestay was beyond perfect. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, the bathroom couldn’t be more clean and they also have a nice kitchen if some day you want to cook a meal. The breakfast is delicious! The place is really quiet and it’s just 10 minutes walking from Hiriketiya beach. We are so glad we booked a room in this guesthouse, we felt really welcomed by the family who runs it and we will definitely come back in the future!!

Det var overraskende lett å kommunisere med dem til tross for at de ikke snakket engelsk. Frokosten var god og rommene rene. Huset ligger 5 minutter stranda. Eneste minuset er at dusjen hadde veldig dårlig trykk.

The rooms are nice and clean. Amazing comfy beds and pillows . breakfast was outstanding. Sasindu helped us and our friends a lot in everything : suggested places to visit, supported with all needful - fresh fish, seafood, fresh bottled water, mini vans - to go to airport or safari, or etc , theses all were for minimum price . And very happy with the price considering what you get. Highly recommend And also - excellent location ! We will come back !
