Suzette is one of my favorite places in Manizales. Their breads and baked goods are delicious, and make for a wonderful breakfast. Their breads are also available in some of the supermarkets in town (Mercaldas, I think), but I'd rather get the freshest bread from Suzette directly.The staff is great- very friendly, welcoming, and they remembered my preferences after just one visit. They also serve an excellent daily menu for lunch. It's on the expensive side ($20,000 COP, ~$6.50 USD), but well worth it.Overall, highly recommended. But I think they close early.

Germans (who know a thing or two about chocolate cake!!) recommended this place to me. Chocolate cake is wonderful. Coffee is great. Decor is quirky and very unique, kind of Euro chic meets tree hugger. Free wifi, welcome to stay for a long time. Nice outdoor seating. This place is very small, not many seats, either outside or in. VERY nice.

Tea house full of magic and great food. We have more than 20 types of tea blends, great coffee and delicious food. We are located in a very prestigious neighbourhood, calm and quiet.

I absolutely loved this place... The location is stunning (in of the towers inside the cathedral of Manizales) the music was also perfect to match this special and mystic environment. The coffee (to my taste) was fabulous and the service was very attentive and kind. You can't leave Manizales without visiting Tazzioli cafe!
