Great selection of crusts and ingredients; made to individual order or select from the menu.Good, fresh ingredients and served with a smile. More expensive that the chain-pizzerias but definitely better quality - You get what you pay for.BerndWilliams Lake, BC

Boston Pizza

Their pasta is disgustingly overcooked. Being Italian, I wouldn't feed my dog with that stuff. Overall quality of their meals is substandard. Total lack of healthy desserts. Only super rich and super sweet cakes and brownies. This is a general issue of Boston Pizza and not related to this particular restaurant.Hi, there. Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent experience. Please share the details at https://bostonpizza.com/contact-us.html so that we can follow up with the team involved and make it better next time! Thank you.

Pizza is pizza but out of allthe pizza places, this one has the best customer service and freshest pizzas, always hot and delicious. The owner is very generous with his pizzas and often we are the happy recipients of pro bono pizzas at the hospital! what a treat.

I'm writing this to make you aware of a few very specific experiences I've had with your new Pizza Hut location on Oliver St. In Williams Lake, BC. Please understand this is more to inform you rather than openly complain. I hope you take this information and use it in the best way possible to train your staff, or fix whatever or whoever needs to be fixed in this location. I've loved Pizza Hut ever since I was a child and was very excited about the prospect of having one come to my town, and right next to where I work nevertheless; but after my 3 separate dealings with this particular establishment, I highly doubt that myself, family, or my friends will ever choose to be patrons there ever again, or any Pizza Hut for that matter. I have been in the retail/customer service industry for 17 years now, and yes, this includes food industries as well. I feel it's important you know this so you are aware this complaint comes with merit. I, as a business man in a retail establishment, encourage my customers to let me know both the good and the bad so I can better my business and my staff on a daily basis. I hope you see this as a similar opportunity. To date, as I mentioned before, I have had 3 separate dealings with the Williams Lake Pizza Hut. My first experience was a few days after they had opened. I ordered one of their “P'zone's”. The person at the counter looked at me like I was crazy, and she had no idea what I was even talking about. I had to show her in the menu what it was that I wanted to order. I didn't pay much attention to it, because we were all new in a job at one point and like I said, they had just opened a few days before. After I ordered, I was told it would be about 20 minutes because it was busy. Totally understandable. By the time I received the food, it was closer to 45 minutes, but again – new store, new staff, very busy. This complaint more stems from the food itself. It was ridiculously dry, flavorless, had almost nothing for toppings stuffed inside, and no spices. Being that it was supposed to be a meat lovers p'zone, I found all of this quite weird and upsetting. It was basically dough with some melted cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni. Absolutely terrible. The second time I tried this Pizza Hut, I ordered some boneless wings.Where this time the food was full of flavor and delicious, most of the chicken was raw. And when I say raw, I mean bright pink in the center and bleeding. The wings were brought back to the store, and I was offered 6 free ones. Whereas a nice gesture, I was a little worried and simply asked for my money back, warning them that maybe they should check the temperature on the fryer or being a new place with new equipment the timing might be off. Honestly I just didn't want anyone else to get raw chicken. At this point the person at the counter because very rude, simply stating “it's not like you can die from eating raw chicken.” Excuse me? Yes, you can. He then began to argue and become more persistent in his rudeness. All I was looking for was an apology and a solution to my problem – such as my money back. Not a person standing there telling me I should suck it up because it not like I would have died. The third and final time I dealt with them was on Halloween. My wife and I wanted to have a nice relaxing time at home eating pizza and watching movies. We ordered 2 pizzas with stuffed crust, something we were both excited about as we remembered it from when we were kids. The pizzas were ordered at 6:45pm, and we were given a 45 minute time window for delivery. Pretty good I thought, being Halloween. At 8:00 I decided to give them a call just to check on the ETA of our delivery, at which time we were told that they just sent the delivery driver out with it and he would be here shortly. At this point I think I should mention I live 8 minutes away from the store. I know this, I do the drive every day. At 8:45 – two hours after my original phone call to order – I called again. This time a manager talked to me and said there was a screw up with the delivery and he would re-send it out right away. We were told it would be 15minutes. 30 minutes absolute max. He also said that the pizza would be free for the trouble. At 9:45 the manager called me at home to make sure I got the pizza and everything was to my liking. I had still not received our order. He then said he was going to call the driver and call me right back. At 10:10 I called the store back to find out what was going on. I spoke directly to the manager, only to find out the manager I had spoken with the previous times had gone home for the evening. So I then had to re-explain everything to this new manager. At this point I offered to just drive down and pick it up as I only live a few minutes away but he insisted that it would be delivered out immediately. A few minutes later, the original manager I spoke with called me from his home saying he sent the other manager to personally deliver the pizzas. At 10:30 we finally got our delivery. 15 minutes shy of 4 hours. The manager apologized and left. Our order was correct, but the pizzas were cold. The cheese was hard, both on the pizzas and within the stuffed crust. They didn't even re-make the pizzas. These pizzas were 4 hours old and cold. I have never been so upset from a pizza order in my life. We ate the pizzas after heating them up, because at this point we were just so hungry we didn't even care anymore. At this point I don't see myself ever going back to any Pizza Hut, ever.My concern is, if this is happening to me and my family, it must be happening to others; and that is the main reason I am writing this – with the hopes that it will stop happening. Honestly I don't see a solution to rectify my three experiences, short of just ordering pizza from somewhere else, but I will listen to any ideas you may have. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. I hope it helps make your business more successful vs. losing more customers.Sincerely,An incredibly unhappy customer.
