Rarely do I get an opportunity to eat breakfast out with my family.....since I own my own breakfast restaurant I found myself looking a little closer at offerings...This spot was a breath of fresh air. Simple menu, local ingredients , super friendly staff and an eclectic mix of dishes to please even the most finicky pallets. Since we are In parksville for 3 days we’ve now started to change our daily itineraries to try sneak in more visits here. I’m glad we found bread and honey....Very much so The turkey Reuben and losbster stuffed grill cheese sandwiches are a must.

Bradley's Bistro

We are a warm and cozy, family owned cafe. We offer great service, homemade soups, sandwiches, muffins, cookies and of course, grandmas own banana bread! We make great lattes, real Italian cappuccinos. We also do iced coffee and Frappuccinos as well. Flav

Dropped in at about 11:30 midweek... good thing as it filled up by noon! Small place with a few sunny tables streetside. Food was okay, soup particularly good. The breakfast sandwich was a miss....ultra thin, single slice of ham, and very dry. Had to take sips of coffee between bites. May return to try other stuff.Hey Acrosdad,Thank you so much for stopping in for a quick bite to eat! I’m glad you really enjoyed the soup! We make them from scratch every day! I’m sorry to hear about your breakfast sandwich, we serve it on a regular English muffin, perhaps maybe the breakfast bagel would be a good choice next time as it is particularly thicker? Do let me know next time you’re in and I’m sure we can make it an even more pleasurable experience for your breakfast. Thanks,Angela

This was a place for great seafood. The portions were not huge, nor were they tiny. The food arrived at the table hot from the deep fryer. Now, the restaurants in this area do not stay open too late, so do not waste time dallying about. The doors close at 2000/8pm. I enjoyed the Haddock & chips, two from our party enjoyed Halibut & chips and the other two enjoyed the Salmon & chips. No one received a meal they were not pleased with. The owner is quite friendly, even when you arrive a bit late for your reservation....ooops. I would certainly make a point of eating here again. I am not sure of the weekend hours, but M - F it is open 1130 - 2000.
