Great hospitality received from all 4 family members. - Competitive price - Nice garden - Central location - Warm shower, clean toilet - private - Well-equipped shared kitchen available - Spacious room - We were invited to drink home-made wine with the host. Also, during Easter food was generously shared. Nay: - Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Not a great environment for sleeping in or getting some work done. - Bed too small and thin uncomfortable mattress. I slept in my own sleeping bag so I could use the double-folded blanket as an extra layer, but I still felt the wood coming through.

The house is at the end of a very quiet street, yet very central. It opens up a beautiful view from outside the house and the upstairs room. The place holds 4 rooms or 10 beds in total. There is a cosy kitchen where you may cook your own food, drink tea or coffee on the house and enjoy already made traditional delis. The shower is comfortable, hot water is available anytime as well as washing machine. Outside the house there are few sitting areas where guests may relax, play chess and cards or snack grapes while chilling in the hammock. You may use internet on our indoor computer or free wi-fi - both are fast. If willing to explore the city and around, Niko, the manager, will be happy to tour guide you to top places such as National park, The hill of crosses, Vardzia, The Green Monastery, Rabati, Xertvisi as well as to any other cities in Georgia. If it's hot outside and you need to refresh, don't forget to ask Niko to take you to a beautiful spot for swimming - delta of a local river
Amazing days at hillside guesthouse
Reviewed By tinaa sI stay 3 night in borjomi. Guesthouse was very new clean comfortable in a very quiet street from the center only 3 minuets walking! Owner invite to test home made wine and food. He helped us to make trip to vardzia horses riding and riffting!!

Reviewed By kyravdcThis guesthouse offers three apartments that are very well equiped and even have a terrace. The owners are the most friendly and helpful people, they offered us a bottle of homemade wine upon arrival. Parking space is available and the center of Borjomi is on walking distance.

Reviewed By freetamarhomey, clean, great hospitality, close to the center and great value. stayed with my family, everyone was comfortable, the hosts are really nice. the guest house is located off the main road, the entrance is through a narrow ally and there is a small comfy kitchen for the service of 2 rooms in the corridor.

Great little place
Reviewed By barbah441This guesthouse was offered to us via the tourist information office. Very clean, quiet, with a great en suite bathroom and the best breakfast. Owners very friendly. It was our base before and after a trek in Borjomi Kharagauli National park with a night in the mountains. Great to come back to such a relaxing place.

Reviewed By IlhiTrès bon accueil, lieux charmant, propre, douillet ; une mère et son fils handicapé physique gèrent les lieux. La mère a été très cordiale avec moi, mais le fils a été très "rentre dedans" et intrusif : il rentrait dans ma chambre sans toquer ou alors en toquant et en n'attendant pas ma réponse. Jeunes filles, faites attention! Le fils m'a dit de manière très directe que j'étais belle et qu'il souhaitait m'embrasser, j'ai bien entendu refusé, puis lui ai dit que j'étais fiancée, il a alors répliqué que mon ami ne saurait rien de cela! J'ai été mise très mal à l'aise. La deuxième nuit, il a même jeté un coup d'oeil à travers le rideau de la vitre de ma porte! Le deuxième jour et la deuxième ont été très désagréables à cause de ce jeune homme. Je n'avais plu d'intimité.
