During the last week of April, 2015, I spent a week iin Yozgat. Two of the best dinners I enjoyed were at Zafers in Yozgat, hosted by locals who regard this restaurant as the best place to demonstrate traditional Turkish hospitality and cuisine. Their judgement is accurate. The menu is vast and varied - from appetizers to kebaps to pides - and wonderfully good upon serving. Portions are generous and well-prepared, and served with Turkish flair. For a memorable dinner with friends, there is no finer place in Yozgat than Zafers.
