No complaints about Steak Mountain. The steak was cooked quickly and tasted fine. The mashed potatoes also were good. Overall a solid choice for lunch!

A top spot if you are hungry and in a hurry. Great service, good wholesome steaks with or without a buffet option. These are not top quality (by Japanese standards) steaks but they are still really good steaks with quality toppings. I had the grilled garlic topping my wife the Camembert - both were well cooked. Good Matcha ice cream for desert all for just a bit more than you would spend at a fast food place.

This is not my first visit here, and the food is really good when cooked right. Ordered the premium burger that came out like a burnt piece of meat I wouldn't feed to a dog that bit me! Sent the burger back and the chef seems offended and continued to stare at me while I ate. Very uncomfortable situation. They then took an additional 20 minutes to re-cook the burger as they put us at the back of the line of people who came in the restaurant 15 mins after we had already been sitting down and ordered. If you mess up a customers order you should correct it asap, not get upset and take it personal and make the customers experience that much worse. I don't normally write reviews, but someone needs to teach these employees that people pay for food they want to eat not inedible carcinogenic food. I'll take your crappy attitude, carcinogenic burger, and cold Demi-glaze sauce(left the sauce from 20 minutes earlier on the table, and it was too uncomfortable to ask for new one) when my food is free. Been to 37 in Roppongi and the service is top notch, too bad 18 1/2 staff didn't get the memo of what their company is about.
