We had a delightful traditional meal and wonderful service at this restaurant. The portions were generous and delicious. I never had grilled octopus like this before. The service was friendly. I have Celiac disease and felt completely safe here. I just wish we had a chance to go back. Not all of the restaurants in Rhodes serve food as fresh as they do at At Thomas. Luckily the owner of Hotel Elique sent us to the best restaurants. I thought I left my credit card at the restaurant, After the owner was told that I found it, he called back to see if I was OK. Very sweet.

We met up with friends in Rhodes town and were recommended to this restaurant Mezzaluna. We were not disappointed, the food was excellent with lots to choose from The menu. The service was excellent and would recommend this restaurant if you are in Rhodes old town.

Around the corner from where we are staying..walk in and from the onset are made to feel welcome! Suggestion of octopus in wine sauce exceeded any expectation..so tender and flavorful..the fava been side was delightful! Moussaka was one of the best tasted...highlight was meeting the chef and Mamma! Service was warm and efficient! We will be back! Thank you all!

We enjoyed this restaurant so much we went twice the food was simply amazing and the staff were excellent and very welcoming. I had the scallops to start and a fillet steak both delicious my husband had the lamb we both managed dessert.second visit l had the squid and a sole pasta dish .wine was also very good .the whole experience was amazing fine dining at its best but still reasonably priced

Absolutely loved our visit to Hosteria Dei Cavalieri. The service was fantastic and all staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. The food was amazing, absolutely beautiful. Restaurant decor and surroundings are amazing. If visiting Rhodes this restaurant should be top of your list.

I have found out this place thanks to Tripadvisor:) and wasn't disappointed. I have had dinners 3 times and tried most of local food.strongly recommend to visit-you will be satisfied! Home environment and the good-natured host is the business card of this cutest place.

We liked the ambience and food with extremely imaginative starters and main courses but sub standard desserts.Sadly the service was extremely poor. They were not full on our dinner visit and there were five guys serving but spending most of their time chatting at the bar area without watching what the diners were doing leading to very slow service overall.Our waiter had no idea what the wines on the list were (we are wine industry people who like to try things out but nearly all the wines listed were only in Greek) and when our wine came the wine bucket was placed some way from our table making it very difficult to pour ourselves. This is not good enough for what professes to be one of the better restaurants in Rhodes.There are several better offerings in Rhodes and Alter Ego needs to lift its game somewhat not to slip well down the listings.

My family and I came here for lunch as it was highly rated on TripAdvisor. From booking to finishing our meal the service was excellent. We were not rushed, we had pre informed the restaurant of our dietary requirements and they had GF bread available for my mum and they made a point of mentioning what might be suitable when ordering. We all ordered seafood as our mains, and it was incredible food. 3 of our group had lobster and they came out to show each lobster before being cooked. My dad and I shared a sea bass, which was filleted and deboned in front of us. My sister had a dozen oysters, which whe said was the best lunch shed ever had. It was incredible! We had s table out on the terrace next to the sea. It was perfect! Thank you!
