This is one of the nicer restaurants on Rarotonga,which doesn't say much (it's not really a dining destination). The food was decent, but nothing spectacular, and the service was just okay. We found that ordering a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverage tended to make the waitstaff more friendly. The view was gorgeous, though.

Came upon this spot by accident but glad we popped in for brunch.I had poached eggs on muffin with smoked salmon and shrimps on the side.Very tasty and thoroughly enjoyed it.Husband had poached eggs with bacon, tomatoes, hash browns, and spicy sausages.Lovely setting under the umbrellas next to the swimming pool.Great service with friendly smiles.

Loved it! Service was great and the food was amazing!!! A little expensive but recommend it! For a group of 9 the service was fast. Not a single complaint from our table.

We had the best experience at the Island night buffet - we had a lovely table on the sand just outside the covered area which was perfect as the music is quite loud inside the covered/buffet area. The host was hilarious, the food was incredible and the dance group was just stunning.

We were staying at the Sunset So was nice to wander through gardens to dinner .The food was really good.We dined most nights out of 10 so that alone says it!A varied menu,large portions and beautifully presented.Best Ati Mati (raw fish) I have had.We had a waitress that was outstanding,25 of us for birthday dinner and she took orders without writing down.All meals delivered perfectly.The Sunday BBQ night was excellent with a cultural show.

Had been recommend to us by our accommodation provider and they did offer pick up/drop off which was good.Boogie was playing and there were a couple of "lively" tables in the restaurant so the atmosphere was quite good.Sadly the food left a bit to be desired. We both felt that the meals just didn't quite measure up.One of the main dishes we had was the Caesar salad. It was described as crisp lettuce, dressing, croutons, soft poached egg and parmesan cheese. Sadly the lettuce was soaked in an oily dressing and the leaves then became all soggy. The egg was fried and the croutons were very greasy. I don't think I could taste any parmesan cheese, it certainly wasn't obvious on the dish. To be fair I did have the cooked camembert for starter which was a bit oily so to follow that with a greasy main left me feeling a bit yucky.The waitress did mention that I had left a lot of the dinner (I had my partner eat some so too so it didn't look like I had left too much). I commented on all the greasy ingredients and she seemed understanding but nothing was said after and we paid full price for the meal.Maybe we should have tried something else as I can see by reviews that people have had some excellent meals but we just felt on this night that the restaurant wasn't one we would visit again.Hello Jayne I am very sorry to hear that your experience did not reach your expectations.Constructive feedback such as this is helpful for improving our service. This restaurant is actually on the beach so flat shoes or barefoot recommended. Friendly hardworking staff with some theme nights as well as a la carte. You need to book as it is not very large, well worth a visit.Kia Orana and thank you for sharing your OTB experience.
