Second visit to this self appointed 5 forks restaurant....Although, Price to quality ratio is not optimal....The food is healthy and flavors are well defined....My first visit I ordered tomato soup and a salad. Alongside a mystiko drink ... Good! The beast meal was the free starter: homebread and a squid! My second visit and the reason why I am writing theses lines: pineapple and basil smoothie, it was so good the aftertaste is equal to a guava!!The house starter: homebread with homebutter with cilanter and piglet cheeks....The second dose of this after a delay ...Was a bit rancid , but yet palatable!!Main dish: home salmon...GLORIOUS!!! the scabbed skin was perfectly cooked I was able to eat it and it tasted fine....Probably the only restaurant able to solve a salmon scabbed skin ....This salmon came with a beetroot risotto , the grain was a bit overcooked to me, it was tasty , anyways!!dessert: coulant de chocolat avec coulis de fruit de la passion et les miettes d'oreo et glace maison.....The coulis was the best I have ever eaten! low on sugar and the seeds were edible....Best place handling molecular food even better than the more arrogant and mor expensive places in Bogota

Ceviches, Soups, Prawns, Mussels, Rices and even "executive lunch" are at the top of their gameI got caught by Rocoto, the chef (and owner) has managed to keep it racy without the inconvenience of scaring away customers, chicha morada is a thirst quencher and PISCO sour is even better than that served at a 5 star hotel.Seafood doesn't taste like deep ocean and this is a huge advantage . The team's cox swain is Liiliana, a super profesional and seasoned veteran in dealing with luxury leisure facilities. The restaurant is always packed at noon, the main reason: "the executive lunch" it blends nouvelle cuisine, colombian and peruvian recipes....A risky bet but they gambled it with great proficiency and the price of such a lunch is quite affordable in terms of quality and the neighborhoodLong live CUZCO peru!!!
