This is without doubt one of my favourite restaurants in Chelmsford. The range and quality of the food is excellent with very attentive staff. Whether you are looking for a lunchtime snack or a main meal, this is the place to go. OK, some might find it a bit noisy but trust me, once you start eating your meal your delight will make this fade away.

Visited the restaurant with a group of friends on a friday night. Great atmosphere and decor. The staff were really friendly and the service was good. I had halloumi and chicken shish, the chicken was moist and they give you lots of rice and salad to accompany your meal.They even let me take my left overs home in a bag! I was also impressed with the cocktails...tasty and not too expensive either Will definitley be returning in the future! Thank you

Friend recommended this very nice tapas restaurant in Chelmsford.The patatas portion was huge. The waitress recommended entrecôte which was nicely cooked and very well priced.Had about 7-8 dishes and a few beers and came out for 35 quid a head... very reasonable. Would definitely go back, seems authentic.

A beautiful place. We visited today with our youngest (who I think ate them out of prawns!!). Very friendly and attentive staff and the food was absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed it and cannot wait to return. Stunning food and drink. The wild boar cheeks are fab!! cannot recommend highly enough. I popped in to the market at the weekend for lunch and was tempted by the selection of Greek food Tis Oras had to offer. I made my selection based on 'Tim's' recommendation, which was the meatball wrap with chilli sauce and salad. The sauce had flavour, but wasn't too spicy and the meatballs were soft and tasty. I was impressed by the quality and price, so will be sure to return.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable dinner at this good Italian restaurant close to the station in Chelmsford this Saturday evening. The service was great the food delicious and the wine complimented it perfectly, a top night we'll be repeating soon.

Been to Turquoise Kitchen twice now and both times were incredible! Food is amazing.. tried the mixed shish, mixed grill and hot Meze platter starters..all super tasty and good portion sizes! best Turkish food I have had in Essex! Staff are very friendly and attentive and the service is superb...can not recommend this restaurant enough! 5* all round!

Visited Chelmsford for work and looked up online restaurants to go to, my wife fancied Greek which is how we came across Zorba!We looked it up found it very unusual location, underneath the arches of the railway station.Must admit as you walk in you feel like your going into a old London cafe or local Mediterranean restaurant which usually sells fantastic local grub ie no frills just good food. Just try the Meze everything that comes out is lovingly prepared and very tasty.Fantastic place to visit excellent food and great hosts.

Been here few times and never get tired about the food, from an italian point a view this is the best one, food is fresh and delicious and really tasty, generous portions and also coffee and cake are great. service is always with a smile even when is busy.
