Happened upon this restaurant by chance. Had searched it on TripAdvisor. Although the restaurant was very warm because of the wood oven and unseasonable hot weather for St. John's we sat upstairs in a cozy air conditioned room.They have a variety of appetizers and traditional Italian pizza and pasta. Our server was very aware of gluten free and vegetarian options. The pizza I had was the most delicious pizza I have had since being diagnosed celiac. The atmosphere was cozy and the wine good. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who enjoyes good Italian pizza.

We opted for the 4 course vegan tasting menu. 3 out of the 4 courses were amazing! Unfortunately the brussel sprout dish was too sweet and drenched in oil. Service was good but wait staff seemed a little disorganised at the start of the meal. The space is beautiful with a cozy, romantic atmosphere. Prices on the upper end, but worth it. Would definitely go again but avoid that brussel sprout dish!We are delighted that you decided on our chef's choice menu. It is something that we have recently introduced and we have been delighted by the feedback so far. Admittedly, the Brussel sprout dish is our most popular menu item so we are apologetic about the fact that it was not to your taste. We hope that you will give our chef's choice menu again another time. We look forward to having the opportunity to serve you again soon!

We didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised to have a delicious authentic Italian dinner. The atmosphere is casual, but the food is as good as any fine dining. We shared an appetizer, and a special pasta each, and shared tiramisu for desert. Our only complaint is that we were over stuffed when we finished! The service was better than great and we will definitely be back.
