オーナーシェフの藤井大輔さんはボローニャで修業されたとホームページに記載されていました。イタリアンの美味しい店を探していたので、前からネットで気になっていたボッテガ ダイに初めて予約して、娘とDAIコース¥4,500を味わって来ました。(オーナーの名前が大輔DAIなのです)私はシャンペン、娘は白ワイン。料理はどれも「見た目通りに素材を活かした」丁寧さが感じられるものでした。最初に出てきたイワシと水ナスの組み合わせはカラフルで可愛いという印象と柔らかい魚と歯ごたえがいい水ナスで「このお店のお任せ良さそう〜」とまず思いましたよ！サッと炙ったようなマグロにしても、タコにしても火の通り具合が繊細で、丁寧にもてなされてる心地よさは嬉しい彩も兼ねた塩が、スモーキーだったり、黒色だったり。シシリア風のパスタは関西では好む人が多いハモを使ってサンドライドトマトやケッパー。「呑んでる白ワインがシシリア産なのでペアリングですよ」(^-^)と説明された。この日は全体的にシンプルで軽い内容のDAIコースでした。旬によって違うのでしょうから、何度か通ってみると印象が変わるのでしょうね。高齢の両親を連れて行くには店内の段差もなく、椅子の座り心地も良いのでオススメですよ。デザートがメロンスープとアイスクリーム、これにコーヒー(紅茶でも)でした。最後に小さな焼き菓子とかメレンゲクッキーなどが添えてあればいいのになぁって、思ったかな。締めくくりのお店からのメッセージとしてはね(^.^)帰る際に、ドアをオーナーが開けて見送ってくださるのは心地良いものです！また寄りたいなと思う店でした。@Bottega DAI in Kawanishi-Noseguchi Osaka.Currently in Osaka to visit my grandma. Before heading to grandma’s place, my mother wanted to check out this restaurant. So we did. This Italian restaurant is ran by Owner chef Daisuke Fujii who trained in Bologna. Working along with his wife (a Sommelier), their restaurant had an “at home feeling” as the chief would casually interact with his customers with friendly chats and jokes. My mother booked the DAI dinner course. (Owner's name is DAIsuke get it?) Every dish focused on seasonal ingredients of summer. Like the starter dish which was a combination of sardines and water eggplants. Colorful and cute, the crispy water eggplants were delicious.I also enjoyed the dry tomamotes & Hamo spaghetti. If it was possible, I would have wished for seconds. the sauce went well with my sicilane Grillo white wine. Everything else from the smoked tuna to the tender octopus, was delightful. You can tell the preparations were executed carefully by the chief. One thing I would say as a girl with American taste buds. I would have enjoyed maybe one more savory dish, but the use of seasonal ingredients with kind flavors and texture was very enjoyable. No doubt this restaurant will have variety of amazing courses each season. Would like to go again during winter.

平日のランチだとパスタ・サラダかスープ・バゲットで８８０円とお得です。パスタソースはトマトソースなどから選べますが、ペペロンチーノが最高です。バゲットも柔らかくて明太子バターはとても美味しいです。

As an Italian sure Pancia piena pizzeria is the best in the city even more the ikeka city!I can say 101% good! Many kinds off pizza just wait for you! I used to live in ikeda too! So i went frequently, but now live about 15 km,,, not too far not to go! Sure go again and again! S
