We had some good meals here last year. It was never really consistent but always good enough to eat. It seems though that the restaurant went through some staff changes - and unfortunately the overall quality suffers greatly. The pizza, for starters, is now very imbalanced, a speck of cheese with an insane amount of sauce. The pasta (carbonara) was inedible. The bacon used was just grotesque, grey in color and cut into huge chunks that never ever had a chance to warm up all the way through. Fresh pepper - a fairly vital part of this dish - was omitted completely. It really was quite the disappointment. Service was a bit on the lazy side too. I definitely will not return.

We stopped in here for a quick bite. Coffee, beer and apfel strudel all very good. Nice tables outside and service was good.

Solid Pizza, good tasting but nothing outstanding. Small straight place . A little bit odd but not unfriendly service. Very moderate prices, if you need a fancy place where you get seen, this of course is not your place, if you want to eat a solid pizza, here you are!

The Italian restaurant is located near the hangar of the leisure sports flying club's airstrip and serves mostly hikers and cyclists who pass for refreshments and food, and the club's members. My mother had a big delicious slice of raspberry cake whereas my daughter and I ordered spaghetti alio & olio, big portions but the taste was a let down, we both were disappointed especially because my daughter had this dish some time ago and found it excellent. Reason for the difference in cooking: Masimo, owner/chef was not there! Service was friendly, and watching amateur pilots-to-be start and land their small planes is an additional bonus for those who do not mind the minor noise. The restaurant is only open during the flying season.

Trovare una buona cucina italiana in Germania è unâimpresa pressochè impssibile. LâOsteria Pane e Vino fa lâeccezione: qui abbiamo assaggiato dei piatti squisiti, preparati con cura e amore, oserei dire anche migliori di certi ristoranti in Italia. I proprietari ci mettono tutta il loro impegno e si sente la passione che hanno per lâItalia dove si recano spesso per acquistare le materie prime.Il ristorante è aperto solo la sera, da mercoledì a sabato, è quindi indispensabile prenotare anche perché i pochi tavoli sono spesso tutti riservati.Lâambiente è caldo e i tavoli ben distanziati, non è un luogo dove avere fretta perché il menu comprende diverse portate e le preparazione e il servizio hanno i loro tempi.

Fast schon auÃerhalb der Saison im Venezia gewesen. Lecker Eis gegessen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Geschmacklich gut. Auch Kaffee getrunken. Ebenfalls sehr lecker. Der Laden ist fast direkt an der Schiffslände und somit touristisch mittendrin. Auf jeden Fall eine gute Sache an heiÃen Tagen!

We visited this Pizzeria tonight and had a lovely meal. My bruschetta to start was beautiful - full of garlic and olive oil We both had pizzas, my husband had the âCipollaâ which he said was very nice and I had the âDella Casaâ which was nice but had different ingredients to what was on the menu (!). Dessert was apfel strudel which hubby said was very good. Bill was reasonable (Euro 45). Service was alright, would probably go back.

First, I gave 2 stars for the very friendly service and the charming atmosphere.We have been there twice (first visit right after opening), because we couldnât believe they can survive with such an awful quality (we told them). Unfortunately, it only got worse â 3 out 4 of us had a mild diarrhea the next day.If you ever experienced a good Pizza in your life, you will hate this place. Typically, they put all kind of spices and herbs into their tomato âsugoâ, which make the pizza in-edible for kids and disgusting for adults. Second time around, we ordered a plain tomato-sugo â still, the pizza is terrible. They bake a salami pizza with the salami and serve an oil-watering something. Even the margherita pizza was over-baked and looked & tasted like the worst frozen-food pizza you can imagine. So, even the pizza dough is quite poor quality; and with my pizza wasnât baked through (hence, the diarrhea).We asked them if they ever experienced a good pizza in their life â but it seems they are happy with the quality. Since the location is quite convenient and pleasant for tourist driving along Lake Constance, they may find more victims. For the others, we recommend staying away (except, you enjoy a bad-Kebab-style pizza).P.S.: Typically, I enjoy writing positive feedbacks and forget about the others â here a warning makes sense.

There isn't particularly much to say about Restaurant Sonne. The pizza was a solid average; the service didn't quite get better than that either.My father asked to have his plate warmed; he's a slow eater these days, I suppose this happens with age. You'd think it's an easy request for a restaurant to accommodate during a quiet lunch hour with only four occupied tables, two of which singles. Well, you'd be wrong. Apparently, putting a plate near the already hot pizza oven would, according to the owner/manager/man-in-charge-at-the-time raise the cost of the pizza by two or so francs, which would force Sonne out of business.In fact, this man felt so strongly opposed to warm plates that he loudly argued his case for everyone in the near-empty room to hear.Pair this display of service with average food, and I believe it won't be warm plates jeopardising Sonne's continued operation.
