A must visit in Sarande...a tiny family run restaurant in the heart of the city. The food is really special. Run by Emmanuel and his family, this restaurant is very popular with tourists and locals alike. Very affordable as well!

Enjoyable salad, though absurdly large! Justifies the seemingly high price tag. The only oddity was that the dressing seemed to have texture but almost no flavor.Doug, I was totally devasted to read that the dressing on your salad had no flavor:( . I make all of the dressings from scratch and they all contain top shelf ingredients (and usually a lot of seasoning). Do you remember which salad you had? I worry that maybe the staff didn't properly shake the dressing before using it and maybe the seasoning was still at the bottom. I had a talk with the staff to make sure they shake before they serve. If I understood the Albanian postal system a bit better I would offer to send you some dressings in the mail to make up for it;) . Thank you for dining with us and I appreciate the feedback.

Excellent place by the promenade in central Sarandë. The fish is fresh, the young waiter/owner (?) even encouraged us out to choose the fish we wanted: nothing to hide here.The local bottle of wine comes without a label but straight from his friend; wonât make a big fuss among sommeliers, but fit the fish and seafood fine.Service is kind, attentive and friendly.The fish was grilled nicely and the accompanying salads were plentiful and delicious.Only minus was that the grilled squid turned out to be fried, but as the beignet dough was finely thin and the frying oils must have been changed daily, the taste was good.
