We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests! Food came fast and even it is a bit more expensive than other options in Sarande, the atmosphere makes it worth it!

Outside of busy Saranda this restaurant is perfect for a coupleâs night out. Let me say that Harmony does not come cheap for Sarandaâs standards. Great view overlooking the sunset, relaxed atmosphere, a great food and helpful service. We went there twice to try out some dishes we did not have the chance to try the first time. The lamb was slightly disappointing since as it turns out was too cold and too dry. The seafood paccheri should have had more mussels and prawns but altogether very tasty. As we understand the owner is also the chef so we believe that brings it up to a different level. However, given the money you pay there is still room for some improvements in order to get the 5th star.

Food is delicious, the ingredients are amazingly fresh. The portions are in general a bit bigger than in other albanian restaurants. The atmosphere is also relaxing (but it was low season), soft music in the background and the staff is really helpful, attentive and friendly. I have been there twice in 3 days.

Fantastic views over the [small and tinned sardine-crowded] beach and out to the Ksamil islands are more of an attraction here than the menu, at least based on what we had. Nothing was particularly wrong with it, but nothing about it stood out either. My Caprese salad was a little tasteless as well. On the plus side, given the location the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

During our 7 days holiday in Sarandë we ate there twice, in which both times were super!The seafood linguine was amazing and a huge dish, shrimp risotto was wonderful and the starters as well (we had the fried spicy cheese, scallops and mussels). Over all the best restaurant we encountered in Sarandë, text them via Facebook and you will receive an answer with an hour or two

Really lovely restaurant pretty with lovely atmosphere. Extremely friendly and polite staff,food was excellent,as was the wine,and was such amazing value. The first time we went there was a power cut just as we arrived in whole town,and they were so apologetic. We had such a lovey evening that we returned couple of days later,and again was such a high standard. Staff on this occasion had to deal with some difficult rude customers, and again they kept apologising and gave us free dessert. And rarely for Ksamil,they even accepted card payments! Highly recommend.
