Ubicado en el centro histórico de la âCiudad Blancaâ, la Casa del té es un lugar fresco, agradable y económico; con buen ambiente, variedad de té, y rica comida, lo convierte en un sitio que te hace sentir bien, sea para ir con tus amigos a hablar o incluso, sentarte un rato a trabajar. En esta visita probé una rica arepa de linaza y un sándwich de pollo en salsa bechamel, acompañados de un té de la semana, muy rico todo. Sus té (frÃos o calientes) están entre los $5000-6000 COP (US$1-2) al igual que los sándwiches, y la arepa un poco más barata. El lugar tiene varias salas con sillas y mesas, y hasta un sofá muy cómodo. Recomendado!!

I stumbled about this gem of a café om accident and felt right at home. The owner was a very friendly and happy guy. He took his time preparing one of the best coffees I've had in Colombia so far. I came back in the evening to try out the sandwiches which were also really good. It is a cosy, quiet place and wifi is also very strong so it is great for studying or working as well.

Not great. Lots of room to be improved. Only customers and took 30 mins to bring coffee - bit pricey but it was burnt to bits and rather horrible. Cheesecake was amazing but brownie was dry and flavorless. Seats are uncomfortable.A lot of work needs to be done before I would return - I mean 30 mins wait for a quick bit is insane! Great service & great lunch. We had the set lunch-soup, lightly battered fish, rice, salad, bread & a drink for 9,000 pesos (finishes around 1:30/2pm so don't leave it too late to pop in). Delicious lunch & super value! We also stopped by another time and had two smoothies! Strawberry & passionfruit-yum! You won't be disappointed with lunch in this place.

We were 4 dinning there. The restaurant is small (4 or 5 tables) and cute. The waitress speaks at least Spanish and English.We took two small tapas (hummus and eggplant caviar) both were tasty.We then took pastas with juices. All of what we ordered was good, and more than enough for our stomach. We paid 92'000 COP for 4 for what we ordered. I definitely recommend to anyone passing by Popayan.
