And we were only a little disappointed when we received the dessert. Out of five were only two available and we had chosen the cheese cake. One portion for two. When the plates arrived, it really looked like they were cutting the cake with saw....Otherwise all dishes we had were tasty, nicely presented and we got some really nice warm bread as a starter. We will go there again and if you like to sit outside, nice view to river Volga and home-made food, this is a good place to go!You are even aloud to smoke there, which you rarely find.

We went there 1st January for dinner. Restaurant was quite empty and a security welcomed us pointing the way where to leave our coats. When returning there was no welcome at the entrance so we stepped in and suddenly a waitress came asking whether we had reserved. Upon our answer "No", we got a table for the three of us. We ordered our drinks and food and had to wait for some 15 minutes until two of us got their starters. When the two had finished, the third one got his starter, which were pelmeni in broth. The broth did not taste at all and pelmeni were just ok. The other two starters - pancake with red caviar and salat with red caviar - were good. When the main course arrived, the waitress noticed that she ordered a different fish dish than I asked for. I agreed to take it but the fish was deadly pan fried. I ordered a pizza, because I was hungry and that one was ok, but nothing really to go for again.All in all we expected more and were disappointed.

Great place really. I came along for a snooker session, playing in a well decorated hall with about 10 tables and waiter service delivering nibbles from the restaurant and cocktails from the bar.I later remained for the dinner, enjoying their sofas.The place is massive, and I guess that during the weekend requires a reservation, otherwise you can't squeeze in that easily.English menu and waiters speaking the language available here. Apparently the owner speaks English and during the evenings it entertain the guests too.Was told that there's live music during the weekend, and that's the typical place where you can find "Sharks" (Russian ladies seeking for... Adventures).Was a bit off in seeing the smoking area being at just the entrance. At my time there were nobody so did not really suffer from it, but in any other time and day, a smoking area full of people would have retained myself to enter. Clean toilets.

We ate madeleon with mushrooms with my 3 friends. It was really really delicious. We liked it so much. Wine and deserts were also good.Staffs were polite but only bad thing is that, noone knows english and there was not english menu.
