The food was superb. The unique broccoli felafel appetizer was scrumptious. The chestnut-filled gnocchi melted in our mouths. So did the chicken livers, which were cooked to perfection, and not overcooked, as is too often the case. The service matched the terrific food, in fact, surpassed it. The wait staff was extremely attentive but unobtrusive. For example, even though our waitress was across the room and behind the bar, she noticed immediately when we needed more napkins, came around the bar, across the entire room, to not only get us more napkins, but gave us wet wipes that are usually only provided at the end of the meal. The desserts looked good, but the portions were so large that we had no capacity for another bite. We'll be back, though. :-) The only surprising thing was that they closed for a while, very late in the afternoon/ early evening, apparently to prepare for the supper crowd. This was on a Saturday, probably their busiest day. I didn't check their hours; this may be their normal hours. The restaurant is unpretentious, with lots of warm wood; the floor is also made of wood, and seemed slippery in places, although it was very clean. Definitely family friendly; lots of families even with small children were enjoying their meals around us. A porch provides extra seating outside, which is definitely needed. While I didn't see anyone waiting, and we didn't have to wait, the restaurant was almost full the entire time that we were there.

Wow what a place to eat. Not for veggies.Only for meat lovers, especially beef carnivores. We took the deal with the free wine and soft drinks, it pays off. It's called Kings' Festival. Don't bother yourself with all the side dishes, though good, they take extra place in your tummy and you'll be needing, believe it. Wait for the 6th, 7th cycle and understand what i mean.Service is super nice and courteous. Prices are high.A must go.

VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT.As person that visits many restaurants. Both professionally and personality, I would like to bring to your attention a very disturbing and serious issue. I.expect no.less then disciplinary action to.be taken towards your employee that is in charge of reception at the above mentioned branch. My family, my wide and out kids, decided to pay a visit and have a meal. Upon entering the branch we noticed that the restaurant was not full and there were several free tables and plenty of room at the bar. Just as we entered, we saw people that were waiting for the hostess turning back and leaving the place. I did not pay much attention to it at the time.We waited for some.minutes while the girl that we assumed was in charge of this job would notice us. She finally did, and we asked politely if they had a place for four people. She said she would check, turned around and went to another area of the restaurant. She did not bother to ask anyone, and seemed rather to be texting with someone, not paying any attention to us, or some more plleople that came in after us. Then she returned, and my wife asked her ( again in a quiet and civil.tone) if she had an answer for us. The employee turned. To.my wife and replied: " "YOU SHOULD CALM DOWN!!This got us really peeved, and I asked t see the manager. Luckily he was nearby, the employee in question, kept repeating in a loud and condescending tone to my wife her sentence... The manager of the restaurant asked me to exit the restaurant. I basically told him that I will file a comp, next to publishing this in most of the local social network ls connection and groups.YOU ARE DOING DAMAGE TO YOURSELF BY HIRING INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AND ZERO SOCIAL SKILLED STAFF.If uou wish to know more details about the incident, you are welcome to email or phone me at the details above. This post will also be uploaded to about eleven Facebook groups in the local area.Respectfully O. Even zohar.
