Essen super, günstig und viel.Bedienung sehr nett.Ambiente auch ok.Ãbernachten kann man da auch aber wie die Zimmer ausschauen,kann ich leider nicht sagen. Haben dort nur lecker gegessen.

This restaurant is part of the Schlosshotel Letzlingen and on the couple of occasions I have eaten there seems to primarily cater for guests of the hotel. The food is well presented local cuisine, simple, but tasty and served by friendly staff. The little bar attached to the restaurant is a great place to get a drink, before and after dining.

Die Altmark, das ist viel Landschaft, kleine Dörfer mit wenig auÃer Häusern und viel zu groÃen Kirchen , noch mehr Landschaft und erstaunlich bodenständiger Küche. Ein wunderbares Beispiel ist der Spelunkenwirt in Wiebke. Abseits der LandstraÃe von Gardelegen nach Salzwedel ( immerhin gibt es ein Hinweisschild) fanden wir hier herzliche Aufnahme. Nettes Personal, gutes Ambiente und ein super schmackhaftes Essen zu einem anständigen Preis. Die Schnitzel lecker und zum ersten Mal habe ich ein Würzfleisch erlebt, dass nicht wie Resteessen schmeckt. Leider waren die Portionen so ergiebig, dass wir für den Nachtisch ein weiteres mal vorbeischauen werden müssen.

This restaurant is okay. The service is friendly but also very slow and somewhat absent. My filled pork steak was bland and lacking anything to make the dish memorable. My colleagues, however, really enjoyed the crepes filled with ice cream for dessert. Will not return.

I really enjoyed the dinner here with a group of 15 work colleagues. The log home design with roaring fireplace created a warm, inviting ambiance on a cold evening. The restaurant is large and has plenty of separate spaces for groups. The service was fast and friendly. The self-service salad bar was fresh, well-stocked and flavorful. The Altmark Wedding Soup was delicious! My whole rainbow trout was moist and not old or fishy tasting. The fresh lemon and creamed horseradish gave the fish a fresh twang. I hope to return soon!
