Zelenograd (Russian: Зеленогра́д, IPA: [zʲɪlʲɪnɐˈgrat], lit. green city) is a city which, along with the territories and settlements under its jurisdiction, forms one of the administrative okrugs of Moscow - Zelenogradsky Administrative Okrug (ZelAO). It is located 37 kilometers (23 mi) from the center of Moscow proper along Leningradskoye Shosse highway. The city color is green and its emblematic animal is the squirrel (more precisely Sciurus vulgaris).

My family and I ate in Restaurant Bretsel in Moscow Zelenograd in August 2018. We booked a large table for all of us, got some nice starters and very good dinner. The place is big, with a live singer later on. We appreciated very much the place and the atmospher. I will soon add some photos for you to see how it looks like. The best part of this restaurant is that it is located right in the nature. You can book your own little cabin away from other guests, even if you have just a few people. The menu has a good variety of dishes and the place is not too expensive compared to other restaurants around. But... The wait time was too long. I understand that there are other people, but we had to wait too long for every little thing we asked. If it wasn't that slow, I would give it five stars.Good day!We are sorry that it happened. Probably the only fine dining restaurant (there are mid-range dishes though, and the interior is rather laid-back) in Zelenograd. Not only classic positions in the menu, but also inventive and creative stuff (the dessert chef is perfect as well): like parmezan icecream, for example, or tomato soup which is not exactly what you expect.Dear Ksenia,Thank you very much for such an inspiring review! My wife and I have been going to this branch of Andersons on a relatively regular basis since its opening here in Zelenograd. Although we had some initial teething problems with things like quality of food and service on some occasions which concluded in my writing to the head office, the management was extremely helpful, courteous and willing to make the changes so that now my wife and I are usually very, very happy when we go. This is especially the case when we go for breakfast.The reasons for only the '4 stars' however are, firstly, we think the menu could have some new dishes more regularly rather than just bringing back some which had been previously removed. Another point is that at their busier times, it would be appreciated if customers could be informed if their meals would take a long time to arrive when ordering. Overall, apart from those few glitches, my wife and I are very pleased with what they have to offer. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious and their service is now excellent (which is very, very important for me). We also enjoy their loyalty reward system. What I am most happy about is that their management is willing to listen, take time to reply and make changes (even when I wrote in English! Thank you Katya). If they continue in this manner, we will continue to be loyal and happy customers.Good afternoon!Thank you for attention to our cafe!
