Zelenograd (Russian: Зеленогра́д, IPA: [zʲɪlʲɪnɐˈgrat], lit. green city) is a city which, along with the territories and settlements under its jurisdiction, forms one of the administrative okrugs of Moscow - Zelenogradsky Administrative Okrug (ZelAO). It is located 37 kilometers (23 mi) from the center of Moscow proper along Leningradskoye Shosse highway. The city color is green and its emblematic animal is the squirrel (more precisely Sciurus vulgaris).

Оказывается в этот день сеть ресторанов Тануки праздновала свой 13 день рождения и в этот день всем гостям дарили скидку 30%. Очень приятно.
Блюда ,как всегда вкусные, порции большие! Не смотря на полную посадку (видимо из-за скидки), блюда принесли быстро. Обслуживание, как всегда на высоком уровне!
Спасибо! Ресторан держит марку!

My wife and I have been going to this branch of Andersons on a relatively regular basis since its opening here in Zelenograd. Although we had some initial teething problems with things like quality of food and service on some occasions which concluded in my writing to the head office, the management was extremely helpful, courteous and willing to make the changes so that now my wife and I are usually very, very happy when we go. This is especially the case when we go for breakfast.
The reasons for only the '4 stars' however are, firstly, we think the menu could have some new dishes more regularly rather than just bringing back some which had been previously removed. Another point is that at their busier times, it would be appreciated if customers could be informed if their meals would take a long time to arrive when ordering.
Overall, apart from those few glitches, my wife and I are very pleased with what they have to offer. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious and their service is now excellent (which is very, very important for me). We also enjoy their loyalty reward system. What I am most happy about is that their management is willing to listen, take time to reply and make changes (even when I wrote in English! Thank you Katya). If they continue in this manner, we will continue to be loyal and happy customers.

The best part of this restaurant is that it is located right in the nature. You can book your own little cabin away from other guests, even if you have just a few people. I have resisted writing a review for ETO for a very long time. Both my wife & I would admit that despite the food is usually bad, but since the waiters and waitresses are generally pretty good and friendly and it's very close to our work (we usually have lunch there), I've never really wanted to complain about them... until now...
My wife & I went there very recently for lunch. We wanted to have a meat dish, a lasagna & a soup. When we gave our order to the waitress, we asked her to bring our food at the same time (we wanted to have lunch together, that's why my wife & I went together). To our astonishment, the waitress said, 'No'. the reason was because it would take longer to cook the meat dish (around 35 minutes) than the other dishes. We decided not to have the meat dish (which I had hoped for...).
Firstly, I don't understand why the concept of the food being brought together at the same time in some cafes or restaurants is still so difficult! When people go to a restaurant or a cafe together, they want to eat together, not watch someone eat while the others wait. I would like to think that the kitchen has professional chefs. Do they not know how to calculate the time which they need to cook!!?? We would have been OK if the waitress had told us the meat dish would take longer & asked if we would like to wait, but she shouldn't have said 'No'.
When the food finally arrived (together because we only ordered a bagel, soup & lasagna & they were microwaved...), the lasagna was probably the worst we've ever had. It was dry all the way through with no tomato sauce or tomatoes at all... It looked like it had been lived in the microwave for awhile & the chef just added some dill on it after taking it out... It was absolutely terrible...
Another thing, The management always seem to sit at one of the best tables, if not two, doing their administrative work even when the cafe is busy & have very few good tables or none at all for customers. This suggests that they care about themselves more than their customers.
On top of this, The manager (supervisor, a young girl) never helps out the waiting staff even when it's busy, leaving customer waiting while the waiters & waitresses are running around.
One last annoying thing is that the staff (waiting staff, barista & the manager) are seen smoking around the corner quite often. When this happens, it is very difficult to find anyone. & if you've ordered a coffee, you'll have to wait... usually for quite a long time.
The interior is certainly pleasant to look at & it's in a very convenient location which is why my wife & I have returned on a number of occasions. However, we feel that they care a lot about how they look & the comfort for the management & the owners & very little about the customer & especially, the food.
This is a real shame because they can do a lot better if only they thought about what they do more. I cannot imagine why Eto cafe can be the 3rd best restaurant in Zelenograd. There are definitely better & cheaper ones with better service & much tastier food...

Mix cuisine but not bad. You can find lot of offer here and it's tasty but not all. Sushi is very good. The portion are very small and for me needs two portion. Service is ok. They have discount card which is good.

I was few times here with friends most of all and always order the same. T-BON steak. Amazing. Very good service. One time it was very cold inside of the restaurant and we couldn't stay long enough. But the food is sow good. It's not sow cheap but you will not go home hungry!!

Знакома с этим кафе давно, так как работаю в соседнем доме. Когда-то мне очень нравилось там обедать, но с годами пришло разочарование. Значительно сократились порции блюд и выросли цены. Стали шельмовать. В "куриной лапше" теперь вместо курицы соевое мясо (?!). Вот сегодняшний чек: "куриная лапша"-92р, язык говяжий отварной 119грам.(без гарнира)-381р, кисель ягодный, мал. стакан-58р, хлеб (1кусок)-11р. Итого: 542руб. Совсем не дёшево.
