Wer Freude an Freunden hat, wer mitten drinn sein will,wer seinen Stallgeruch liebt,seine Tracht und seine Kost,DER MUSS WIRT SEIN !!!Gewidmet "Hoferwirt, dem DRITTEN".Ich kenne nun 3 Generationen und die 4. ist in den Starlöchern.Trotzdem blieb das Wirtshaus immer das ALTE und dies im positivem Sinn.Behutsam wurde verbeÃert und modernisiert, aber blieb man immer bei der "Bodenständigen Küche ".so soll ein Dorfwirt sein. Mittelpunkt des Dorflebens für alle AnläÃe und Vereine.Die Küchentüre ist immer offen und sieht man wie "Blitzsauber und Ehrlich" gearbeitet wird.Die StraÃe geht schon lange nicht mehr durch das Dorf, aber man sollte sich die Mühe machen und dort EINKEHREN.Die Produkte sind aus der Region und war der Lebensmittelhändler gerade GAST während meines Besuches.Schade , daà das Haus nicht in meiner Gegend ist.

Die Location selbst liegt im Industriegebiet und sieht auch danach aus. Das Lokal/Kegelbahn kann man beim Vorbeifahren leicht übersehen. Im Restaurant ist das Ambiente recht interessant. 1. Die Kegelbahn, 2. Ein ânormalesâ bodenständiges Restaurant und 3. Ein Ritterstüberl.Die Preise sind moderat und die Portionen sind groÃ. Geschmacklich gab es an meinem Schnitzel kaum etwas auszusetzten. Das Service war nett und freundlich.Leider kann man mit EC Karte nicht bezahlen. Also das Bargeld nicht vergessen!AnschlieÃend eine Stunde Kegeln für 7 Euro, da kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Wer keine eigenen Hallen oder Sportschuhe mitbringt, kann sich kostenlos welche borgen, sind zwar gröÃtenteils auch tadellos aber beim nächsten Mal hab ich sicherlich eigene Schuhe dabei.Alles in allem ein schöner Abend.

Well, the location seems good - at least its easy to find! Besides that the food was decent. The gulasch soup wasn't great, but the schnitzel was tastefull and very good. This is a restaurant you can definately eat very well and at good rates.

We stayed at this hotel and found the food at their restaurant to be very good, with attentive service. Food was fresh, well prepared. Apple strudel was very good. Quiet, peaceful place to eat behind the hotel in their courtyard. Unusual water fountain in the middle of the courtyard. Would certainly go back.

We sat outside at this restaurant along the busy shopping street. Our waitress was friendly but pretty nervous and it took a while to be served. The bread was quite fresh and tasted very good, but as we found out afterward, we were charged additionally for it. I believe this is common practice in many Austrian restaurants. I ordered a salad plate with fried veggie patties but was served a salad with fried turkey. This was actually OK as the food was fresh and tasty (and I am not vegetarian), so I didnât mention the mistake. My partner had a noodle dish with ham and cream sauce which was only average, and not worth ordering again.This restaurant is fine for a light meal, but we wouldnât necessarily return if we were in the area again.
