We stopped here for dinner en route to Stratford from Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Trip Advisor rankings proved out, as we enjoyed our meal. My wife was very happy with her trout, and we both found the beet and chevre salad tasty. I've had better duck confit (somewhat dry), maybe the duck breast would be a better choice. Service was very prompt, professional and appropriate to the class of restaurant. Recommended.

Last evening 6 of our family shared in a birthday dinner in celebration of my daughter's 50th. From the greeting at the door to the assigned private dining area to the impeccable service by Gary, our waiter, to the beautifully presented food choices and how much they were all enjoyed, Lo Presti certainly made it a very special evening. The cocktails before dinner and the Wolf Blass cabernet with dinner made the evening even more enjoyable. Make this your "go to" destination for special occasions.

Food is Still reasonably good value; but menu has changed somewhat to past history of the Black Forest. Still a busy busy eatery; and the Food is tasty. Should have saurerbratin on the menu all year long as is the rolladen. Nice choice in beer; but service has slipped from those heady days of the 70's past. Maybe some of the more experienced staff should be broiught back to at least provide training and ka happy face to the visitors. Room for improvement.
