Talmary which is in rural Tottori, Japan. Talmary's owner is Itaru Watanabe and Mariko Watanabe and Talmary is came from their name(the âTalâ in Talmaryââmaryâ is his wife, Mariko). Talmary reopened at closed nursery school in Tottori from Okayama on June,2015. Wild yeast produced beer and (owner) is a baker, who has baked breads using natural wild yeasts. I visisted to Talmary during winter break(Dec,27~Mar.2,2017) for his speaking, It was really inspired me. I only eat pizza and bread also, drink beer( all craft brewers). I thought it was really impressed to me to do what I want to do for next step...
