Paramos de viaje en este parador de la ruta y fue una buena sorpresa , no por la gastronomÃa de alto nivel pero si porque las minutas son bien hechas a un buen precio lo que hoy en dÃa no abunda .Es decir sirven comida de paso pero bien hecha y a un precio muy módico y el café también está bien .

I had lunch here with a group of local English teachers who knew this was the best place in town for Uruguayan barbeque. Even for our large group, the service was fast.We all shared a mixed grill, but I especially enjoyed the sausage made on site.

V8 was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Food was delicious. Service great. Menu is in Spanish only. Prices reasonable; party of 7 with food, drinks, dessert was 3600 pesos ($180). We sat outside which was pleasant (December). Arrived at 8:45 and were the first ones in the restaurant. By 11:00 when we left it was full. Popular spot.

Carlos Gardel is described as âthe most prominent figure in the history of Tango. This restaurant, named after him, is a themed room with the ambiance and decorations from the time period of the singer. The food is great with both national and international cuisine. It is a very cozy and laid back place and quite enjoyable.
