I found this place on TripAdvisor and wrote about our excellent experience in June 2018. Here we are back in April 2019, bringing friends to experience the best of local Tokyo. This place is chic, stylish, tasty and foreigner friendly! The beef is premium, and thin. Cooking is at the table, but with advice from the staff (some is 3 seconds per side, some 5 seconds per side)! Donât forget to have the garlic rice and the jumbo salad. Their wines are adequate but expensive. Ay the lower end, there is a good Napa Cab. But surprisingly when I asked about a second bottle, an Australian Shiraz Viognier appeared off-menu! Overall, a wonderful experience, and reasonably priced.

This was my 4th time visiting Warayakiya in Roppongi.While this is a great restaurant, this visit was a bit disappointing.We always order the Wagyu beef which is expensive but top quality beef.This time we ordered 2 plates to share among 5 of us.1 plate was good, the 2nd plate was all fat. Very unpalatable. While Wagyu beef does have high fat content, this plate was just cuts of fat. very chewy and not very tasty.I guess no more Warayakiya on my next visit to Tokyo.Thank you for coming us.I'm truly sorry that you had such a disappointing eat because of the Wagyu beef.I can promise you that the highest quality meet will be met as proceed forward.Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to fix something that is wrong.Please come again next time.

I went here with my friends and had such a great time tasting the lamb shabu-shabu. We had a special course prepared for foreign students, and it was truly amazing. I loved the cotton candy that came with the lamb. Also, this restaurant has a wide variety of condiments ranging from soy sauce to yuzu pepper, so I enjoyed them with the lamb.

Went there with a friend. Both of us got the 8 Meat-Type meal which included some sides.The meat was amazing, but also the sides like kimchi, seaweed, tofu and roast beef.In the end we also got a wagyu sushi and ice cream each, which also where amazing.

This is the my most favourite Japanese BBQ restaurant, same as Akasaka branch. All staffs are very kind and supportive, price is reasonable, but food quality is extremely high and same as other too expensive Japanese BBQs.I have been here many times with my friends, everyone is satisfied.I recommend signature Rock style BBQ.

We came because of the good recensions and we didn't regret.The place is really cool.A big variety of beef organs and meet, drinks and all you can eat in a very nice environment.Just bring appetite and you will be rewarded.Prices are good.
