夕方18:30頃訪問、すぐに座れました。辛味噌ラーメン830円を注文し五分で着丼。まず辛味噌玉を潰さず味噌ラーメンを頂きました、凄くあっさりパンチはなく昔ながらのあっさり味噌味。麺はモチモチするっと美味しい。辛味噌を潰すと味変していきました。辛味噌が無ければ本当に昔ながらのあっさり味噌、辛味噌でニンニクや辛味がやってくる。趣向としては面白いですが830円は少し高い気がしてコスパを感じられませんでした。

鶴岡を代表するラーメン店。オススメは何と言ってもあじわいラーメン。大きな器にたっぷりのもやしと麺。明らかな男子向けメニューであり、女子にはかなりボリューミーかもしれません。スープは胡麻味噌担々麺風でちょい辛さがあります。隣で恐らく大盛らしきものをを食べている人がいましたが、monster級と言うに等しいものでした。

醤油味がちょうどよい味でした。ワンタンが薄かったです、自分は肉厚タイプのが好みなので…ちぢれ麺が少し伸び気味なので気になりましたが機会があればまた足を延ばして行ってみたいです。

鶴岡で有名な琴系ラーメン。日沿道や国道７号線から鶴岡市内を横切って羽黒山観光ツイデヨリに最適。連休最終日ゴゴナマ訪問。砂利敷駐車場は県外ナンバーで溢れています。味の濃さや麺の硬さなどお好みに調整します、とのこと。中華そば６５０円をこってり麺カタメで注文。性格や仕事が淡白な御仁にはあっさりヤワメがおススメ。太麺もあることに後で気が付きましたが、オーダーと同時に調整開始と着手早過ぎ、早過ぎ君状態。途中から麺の太さ変更はアフターフェスティバル。麺大盛りはなく、替え玉が(１玉・２００ｇ)１５０円、(半玉・１００ｇ)８０円。写真撮影ＯＫです♪盗撮はＮＧです！の但し書き要注意。

Be aware! You may need to line up for hours - often hundreds of people at peak time. Unique hand-made flat noodle that holds over 50% water. Soup base is pork, chicken and fish, plus some flavor of dried squid. Not too salty, just right. Note it is likely closed as ramen restaurant between June and Sep. It operates only as a hotel during summer.

This is a shojin ryori restaurant. We had the lunch set. It was 1,200 yen or so. All of the food served contains no fish, meat or dairy. The mountain vegetables and various kinds of tofu seasoned with mustard, sugar, walnuts, peanuts, soy, vinegar and rice dressed with ginger and Japanese herbs are crunchy and simply delicious. I was full up and could hardly finish the last bit. The meal comes with green tea and we enjoyed eating on tatami matsuri that beautiful view through the hand thrown glass windows.
