This charming and beautiful restaurant is located in a converted Ottoman era bathhouse that reflects the history of the place and the artistic sense of the chef. The food is fabulous, very light, perfectly seasoned and presented, and yet the restaurant feels comfortable and homey. It was a uniquely satisfying experience. We loved it!

First things first, the staff. The lady looking after us was top drawer. Really kind, welcoming and offered great advice throughout. Pointless coming here if it’s to go for the obvious and/or easy back ups on their Italian dishes. Go crazy, listen to them, look around and see what others are eating and go for something you were not planning. Your taste buds will thank you. The house wine, local Cabernet was totally nice although after the fact I wish I had tried the Ramallah red as I might not get a chance again. I had booked for the terrace but quickly changed my mind on discovering the interior. It’s pretty cool and well pretty cool.Verdict: A no braiser, go for it.Photos: the mains dishes (local) and the Shishbarak
