This used to be one of my favourite places. However, lately the burgers are pre-cooked, unacceptable given the (fairly high) price. We were staying in the hostel across the road so this was the first place we came to on our firs tonight in Santiago. We sat out on the may big benches in the street and were attended to by a waiter fairly swiftly in order to get some beers. We tried a few different beers, all of which were good and after seeing the pizzas we decided to have one too and they were great. We stopped here after a cruise around South America...Lots to look at on the walls, very neat atmosphere.....Our server helped me choose just the right beer for me and very patiently explained all the different burgers on the menu, of which there was a lot..Service was great, beer and hamburger were wonderful...So glad we stopped here..simplemente dar las gracias por fijarse en cada detalle que tenemos para nuestros cliente, sobre todo que la comida haya sido de su agrado... espero que cuando esten siempre en chile pasen por uncle fletch

Called in on a busy Sunday afternoon. Not surprising the service was a little slow but staff are friendly and helpful. English is spoken. Credit cards accepted. The burgers and fries were freshly made and very good in terms of taste and presentation. Good choice of cold beers and cocktails reasonably priced.

Went there last night, everything was perfect (food, number of tables, heating, drinks, service, prices). The only reason Iâm giving them 4 stars is you cannot make reservations ahead and last night even though I arrived early for dinner, had to wait 2 hours in the cold with my friends for a table. Luckily thereâs plenty to see and do in the nearby area.
