Böhmische und asiatische Küche. Sehr preiswert, der Geschmack... na ja, geht so. Was das Lokal besonders macht ist der âServiceâ: Kellner joggen durchs Lokal, stoÃen Gäste um, das Essen wird irgendwo auf dem Tisch abgeladen, und man hat Glück, wenn man ihn behalten darf, bis man fertig gegessen hat. Ein echtes Erlebnis... Fazit: wer Hunger hat, und keine Ansprüche-warum nicht. Mampfen in Baustellenatmosphäre zum Billigpreis. Ansonsten-nein. Eher nicht.

Just found this place by walking around and seeing the advertising of a kids farm. Turned out that this was a bit more than a local farm. It was a guesthouse with rooms and holiday houses, and restaurant with terrace, playground, small animals and deers... No wonder there was also deer on the menu. And the taste was splendid. Big dishes, nice salads, kids had hard time to finish theirs. Lovely and modern terrace. And even though this place is located just next to a road, since this is countryside, it's more meant for passers-by or people staying there, so no big traffic, expect for the occasional farmers. A place to return to...

nach einem ausgiebigen Spaziergang im Nationalpark Bayrischer Wald, leicht bis mittel müde, sehr hungrig und Sehnsucht nach einem typischen lokalen "Jause"-Plätzchen: der "Passauer Hof" am südlichen Ortseingang von Freyung wartet auf Sie! Die Gaststube läÃt nach Eintritt sofort das bayrische Ambiente fühlen: hier ist jeder gleich, hier lebt der fröhliche Alltag und jeder strahlt Zufriedenheit, Frieden und Geselligkeit aus. Auffallend sind die einladenden Brotkörbchen auf den Tischen mit Semmeln, Brot und Brez'n. Hier ist man zu Hause und wird liebevoll empfangen. Die Speisekarte: eine bayrische Vielfalt, je nach Appetit, Geschmack und Laune. Kräftig, gesund, geschmackvoll und so gut wie alle Produkte aus der bayrischen Natur. Die Bedienung stets freundlich, verständnisvoll für den mitgebrachten Appetit und sorgsam darauf bedacht, dass die Wartezeit nicht lange wird. - Hier funktioniert alles, alles ist auf die Zufriedenheit des Gastes ausgerichtet und kaum woanders gilt hier der Satz: "Liebe geht durch den Magen". Herrn Schiller & Team: Glückwunsch und "habe die Ehre...." bis zum nächsten Mal!

The food they offer here is typical German.But the prices are ok and the local beer is good.If you like this kind of food this is the place to go.

We have been to this restaurant several times and everyone has enjoyed their meals (kids and adults). There is a good choice of local and Italian food that should satisfy all but the most demanding of diners

This cafe-restaurant which is a self-service is directly located in the national park of the Bavarian forest in Baumwipfelpfad. It offers perfect refreshment from cold drinks to snack or complete meal and dessert. Everything was much better than we've expected. Really recommendable

Nothing new. Excellent soups and main meals. We had three variants of beef- steak, salad and skewer- and all meals were without a problem. Very good poppy seed cake. Really recommended
