Service was attentive and the food was delicious. We had salads, soup, fish and steaks. All were well prepared with great presentation. All had great flavor. I sampled my friends bone marrow appetizer a first time experience for me. The consistency is different but if you can get past that a very tasty item. We plan of making it a stop every time we are in town now. Oh and the price on food was low compared to the value of what you receive. First if you have a car, this restaurant offers valet parking ( tough to park in the area) We selected a table outside on the restaurant level. The property is stunning after dark. So many beautiful trees, lighting and candles. Our server was Luiz, he is Hispanic but raised in Texas. Being from texas where we enjoy Tex-mex, we kidded that he was Mex-Tex. Superb service! Our table enjoyed the Tortilla soup, Cheese fondue tableside, Enchiladas, Carnitas. We also shared a nice bottle of wine, we had never tried Santo Tomas Cabernet, priced reasonable. Everything was fabulous! The entertainment started at 6:30, it was four men singing and playing instruments. The owner Gabriel stopped by our table and made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this restaurant! T

We just had a beautiful evening at Cocina Del Mar restaurant. Booked thru open table a few nights before to ensure great table seating. First of all, Esperanza is one of the most prestigious properties in the Cabo area. You will be impressed from the first moment driving in. Complimentary valet parking begins the evening, then you are escorted to the restaurant by the incredibly polite and courteous bell staff. I had the caserecce pasta with sweet corn and my wife had the tuna with a zucchini side. The taste was amazing. Our invoice was 166.00 USD with tip included. Excellent value for the atmosphere and food quality. If you are like us and have formed a Cabo dinner tour, this place is a must have on the tour list.
