This is a charming, friendly pub just a tad off the beaten path in touristy Triberg. The people who worked there couldn't have been friendlier (not always the case in a locals enclave for travelers with a poor grasp of German). Great local beer and a large, comfortable space to enjoy it in, with a gaming room. I didn't have any food, but I believe it's available here. Just a great little pub.

Das Essen die Pommes sind von bester Qualität. Auch gibt es Frische Salate. Bei den Sommerlichen Temperaturen Pommes und Salat das Schmeckt und eine Belgische Majo dazu ein Genuss.Auch der Espresso ist sehr gut von hoher QualitätUnd das Team ist Super Toll

Several people recommended this pub and I was not disappointed. The main part is a huge, really old timber pub with lots of dark corners and loads of atmosphere. The rear section is a spacious, light restaurant decorated as a rock cafe with electric guitars in cases on the wall. The menu is extensive and the service fast and very friendly. You need to make a reservation in advance as the restaurant was fully booked at 7pm on a Tuesday! We were lucky and grabbed a table for an hour and just had one plate. All the meals were excellent and the cost reasonable. I will return.

Excellent, really excellent burgers in a stylish setting a couple of paces off the main street. It is well worth visiting for a snack, drink or meal.
