Ate here the other evening. Not a massive choice on the menu, however, still plenty to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. Nice outside seating area.

After 2 years thought we'd try this restaurant again to see if it had improved. Overall comment is that if your not a regular in that restaurant they don't seem to care about you. We felt ignored and left sitting while others that had come in after us were catered to. Food was ok but nothing outrageous especially for the price they are asking. Not worth the money. Location is nice but we really felt like outsiders even though we speak german.

Very nice kitchen, very friendly and expierenced staff. Went for the âchefs menuâ including matching wines. Every single course was very well prepared. Itâs a nice âa little bit othersâ kitchen (compared with the many German, Italian, ... kitchen in Heilbronn). Restaurant is a little bit noisy, reservation necessary in the weekend. This restaurant is grandma's favorite restaurant in Heilbronn, where she is from. There is a small lake behind the restaurant, and the restaurant is quite spacious. It offers simple, yet delicious German food, and the salad for vegetarians is also very good.

Came to Germany to pick up a Mercedes at the factory, but decided to hold off because of the US vs Germany tariffs. So we rented a car and will spend three weeks driving around. This was our first true German food as we start our road trip. The food was great, the view was great and the weather was great. What else could you want?? Nothing! Highly recommend this place.

Der Gasthof Hiller bietet eine wirklich ausgezeichnete schwäbische, von regionalen frischen Produkten geprägte Küche. Die Karte bietet für jeden Geschmack eine gute Auswahl. Das Gasthaus macht einen einladenden Eindruck - geschmackvolle dezente Deko in einem modern eingerichteten Gasträumen. Die Chefin persönlich kümmert sich um den Service - aufmerksam, schnell und sehr freundlich. Der Gruà aus der Küche war köstlich, die Kürbiskernsuppe ausgezeichnet abgeschmeckt in einer tollen Konsistenz. Der Zander auf den Punkt gebraten und das Wirsinggemüse ein Gedicht. Dazu die passende Weinempfehlung der Chefin. Hier kann man ganz getrost einkehren und wir auf gar keine Fall enttäuscht werden. Eine ehrliche, verfeinerte, regionale, schwäbische Küche - Kompliment an das gesamt Team.

We chose the Ratskeller based on reviews, and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, intelligent, customer-focused and fun. The food was excellent (we had lovely starters, schnitzel and sauerbraten mains, sorbet and a lovely local wine). The restaurant is pretty- it was a hot night and sitting outside after 7 pm was perfect. We will definitely return the next time were in Heilbronn.

The restaurant offers local cuisine, sourcing meat and vegetables from local producers, mainly bio. This makes the offers a bit more expansive than you will expect to find in a town like Winesberg. A full meal at dinner would normally cost around 50 EUR without the wine. However, the food offered is good and tasty. The local red wine was not to my taste. The best thing about the restaurant is the view to the vineyards on all the adjacent hills.

Although announced as 'biker friendly hotel' on several websites, our group of 10 bikers was fairly disappointed when they even didn't have a garage for the motorbikes!We were the only bikers at that moment, and felt quite 'isolated'. Since we were a group of about 14 persons, we were put apart from the restaurant.The hotel on itself is OK, but rather suited for senior tourists, wellness and (local) wine tasting. Rather impersonal service.

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant with some colleagues from work. What a treat is was! The views of the valley and lake below are spectacular. We sat outside of course and enjoyed the view as well as the food. I had fish and I recommend you tell them to remove the head and the skin beforehand. I didn't expect that and for me that is a real turn off. Once they brought it back cleaned I enjoyed it a lot.
