Reviewed By TranNgoc196I had 3 days and 2 nights of great experience with Victoria Nui Sam Lodge. The views were absolutly breath taking and something we will never forget. The staff were always very attentive and happy to help, especially the young woman - (Pham Duong) at restaurant who helped organise my birthday (many thanks to you!). Thanks all the other staff - we will be back soon!

Reviewed By jackiehK3035GYstayed for 2 nights. hotel room was on a super busy 4 way intersection so was noisy from 5.30 to late. i guess you could say it is centrally located.hotel had no resturant and room and bathroom were clean but very small. very little english spoken at the front desk which made it challenging. brendan and jackie perth australia.

Reviewed By kubosfabuI have stayed here for two nights with my partner. You get exactly what you book. The pictures meet reality. Nothing too special or too modern but very clean and capable staff. One of the staff speaks very good English for Vietnamese standards. The rest of the staff are happy to help you while talking through Google translator. These conversations are slower but you'll get there. It's very central and the room we stayed in was very quiet, too. As usual you can rent out scooter's or book tours. If you're happy driving a scooter I would recommend you to book a private scooter tour through the countryside to the Tra Su Forest and back for $35 AUD.

Reviewed By Valerie CNothing to write home about : reasonably clean, quiet despite a karaoke house across the street. Basic breakfast is included. Aircon didn't work so very hot night... Good English spoken, and friendly service. Fine for one night.

Mọi thứ rất nhiệt tình và ấm áp như tấm lòng của người dân miền tây.

No Credit Card accepted!
Reviewed By Qwen21The point that they don't accept any credit card is the most annoying aspect of the hotel. Also as this was not mentioned prior to us as we checked in. We were flashed as we were expecting to pay by card. This generated a bit of a uncomfortable situation as we hadn't enough VND left out the situation that we left Vietnam on that day. We were forced to pay in US dollars which we had as we needed them for the Cambodia visa. After some discussion we paid 20 US dollars, but only after we could show the price on our online booking record. Otherwise I'm pretty sure they would charge us more. For that I only rate it as one star hotel. Communication is extremely difficult, only one person speaks English, the personal on the counter doesn't understand a single word. Lower standard hotel, okay for one or two nights. Don't expect too much, for 20 US dollars a night. Room are larger than expected, but not really clean for this type of standard but room clear need some renovation. Some bug's are always with you in this type of hotel, so don't overestimate. Gecko's spend the night with us but this is okay as they eat the bugs in the bed.
