This is an excellent restaurant, presentation of the dishes were very nice and all the dishes, we ordered were taste really good. I tried ravioli as starter and lotte grill as main dish. Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant was really romantic. It is undiscovered gem of Algiers!

Food is good, especially turbot and salmon are delicious.Menu is impossible to read for foreigners who cannot speak french like me. It is written on a small blackboard with tiny letters and it is impossible to read in a softly illuminated ambiance.Service is very slow.Finally don't forget to make reservation.

The restaurant is the going oasis for expats and diplomats. In the inner covered patio they meet to share a meal and a drink, and to forget the strict rules outside the doors. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the wine is great and the seafood comes recommended.

Tantra was one of the best restaurants in terms of food in Algiers. I have been there late 2017 and beginning of 2018 the food was below average, the staff is professional and very nice.I am sorry to hear that on your last visit your expectations were not met.
