It is a really spacious villa, with big, pristine rooms and lots of space in the grounds, very very peaceful and secure. The wonderful staff at the villa made our stay, thank you Rasika and everyone else for providing top class service. The Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing! First class experience!

Thugs and Robbers Paradise
Reviewed By NandunCWe went on a family vacation to this place, with booking for 2 villas. Few hours in to our stay while having dinner, we were robbed a substantial amount of money. When we complained to the manager, he was in denial of such things that will ever happen in this place. He was arrogant and non responsive to such complaints. We could not stay there any more fearing that we would be robbed again and left. Then the manager and the staff provoked the local thugs in the area and blocked our roads, threatened our driver that they would stab if we try to leave. Somehow we managed to leave and immediately complained to Ahangama police of this incident. We do travel all over the world and this is the first time that we experienced such a situation in Sri Lanka. Please do not go to this place , there is a very good chance that you will also be robbed.

Reviewed By patrickryan2017Beautiful surrounding accompanied by wonderful nature sounds, palm trees, peakocks and sometimes monkeys and kingfisher birds. Besides the main house with three double rooms and large bathrooms with walk in rain showers and open air windows, there are also app. 5/6 private Villa`s with terrace and hot showers. Lovely decorated with fan`s and mosquito net`s and large cupboards for your wardrobe and personal belongings. All accommodations get cleaned daily and the staff especially the hosts are absolutely fabulous. The morning yoga and meditation on the pool side is great for getting up early while the sun is rising so is the evening session at sundowner. Breakfast and dinner is included and is great in its diversity, mainly vegetarian but sometimes also seafood gets served by a great cook with high standards. All in One I had an epic time and will definitely come back to this little paradise in the south. Just epic

Blue River resort and hot springs
Reviewed By najanjaThe hotel itself is tired and can do with a lot of updating. The food is incredibly expensive and really not worth the money whatsoever. The prices are comparable to large cities in the UK. The rooms were also very dated e..g there was a holed in the toilet wall and definitely needed a re paint. The sunbeds were broken and the pools needed some maintenance. However in saying this, the staff were very friendly and could not fault them in any way. However, there is a lovely Rustic restaurant about 15 minutes walk from the Blue River resort and hot springs which does wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner at a really good price - Rústico Rincón Viejo - definitely worth checking out!

Heavenly experience on top of a hill
Reviewed By krisholifWe stayed at Villa Mayurana for 2 nights and it was beyond our expectations. The colonial style architecture, large pool and jacuzzi on top of a hill amidst nature (peacocks and birds) was just the relaxing holiday we wanted. We were also given the cinnamon experience where the staff taught us the process of making cinnamon. Special thank you to Mr.Buddhika and the staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to exploring rest of the Edwards Collection.

The hosts were so kind and attentive. Short walk into Ahangama centre, Peaceful and quiet area just away from the main road. I highly recommend :)

Reviewed By Philip MWe went with 8 adults and 1 infant to South Point Surf House Staff: From the very first call to inquire about to location we were greeted with utmost professionalism. They understand their customers so well. They even went to the extent of providing a cot for the baby. Gamini (the manager) greeted us at the gate ( he was also worried when we got a bit late to arrive) and constantly checked if we needed anything. Anil who was handling maintenance ensured we were comfortable in every way! Even helped us with the BBQ. Mali the cook and her daughters were also friendly and ever so helpful. In our many years of traveling we have not come across such helpful staff - They are the the definition of true Sri Lankan Hospitality. Facilities: The location was clean and well maintained. The pool was a blessing on a hot April afternoon. Location: We were allowed to spend the evenings at the beach front villa. The almost private beach and the settled sea was an amazing experience. My favorite attraction was Randy and Niko, the resident Dobermanns! For a few pets they will pay fetch and accompany you where ever you go.

There where sun beds in the garden and on the beach which was great, they also had a shower next to the garden, so that you can shower after a swim or surfing trip. The staff was super helpful with all our requests, and the breakfast was amazing, would recommend to everyone going to Ahangama!

Beautiful bay, safe swimming

Dayamanthe is an amazing cook with a big smile. It was like staying with family. We will definitely return and would highly recommend villa flo. Needless to say that our goodbyes was quite emotional.
