Took our money, did not provide the place
Reviewed By Dr Osman KWe made a full payment for an apartment. Maj Amir, then cancelled our booking at the last minute and did not refund the money. I would not recommend even thinking about going to place. There are plenty of nice places in Bhurban. This particular place's views aren't even nice. They face the opposite way to PC Bhurban, which has the most spectacular views. There are several other places to stay that give you similar views to PC Bhurban.

Reviewed By travelandkhanaLahore was the last stop of our 2 week journey in Pakistan. So by the time we reached AlNoor we had seen almost all kinds of hotels & houses Pakistan has to offer. But the second we stepped into AlNoor we felt at home. The cleanliness, the staff & overall just the comfort was amazing. We were a group of 4 & took the 2 bedroom apartment. I'll breakdown my review just because how amazing this place was. The Apartment CLEAN! Like awesomely EU standard clean. There wasn't a spec of dust on the furniture. If you've been to Pakistan or Lahore you would understand how dusty it can get but the rooms were clean. Even the floor was clean - you could walk around without shoes & still have clean feet. Both the bedrooms were of decent size, had good beds & pillows. Bathrooms were clean & had warm water. The tv room was seperated by a door which is great, you can watch tv while everyone sleeps. There was a 4 seater dining table in the TV room as well. Amenities Bedsheet, pillows & towels were white (not tinted yellow) & off good quality. This was the first place that we used the towels provided. They also stocked the bathroom with some shampoo, colgate, a bar soap & even a bathing puff. The kitchen was full equipped with cutlery, microwave, toaster & pots. We were able to make our own breakfast & evening tea. Abdullah was kind enough to provide some tea, bread, jam & cadbury chocolate in the fridge on our arrival. If you need anything just inform the staff or Abdullah it will be arranged. There was an iron & ironing board provided in the wardrobe. Load shedding was not an issue as there was a backup generator. Wifi was strong & TV had multiple channels. Location Alnoor is conveniently located at Lawrence Road. Opposite the road is Jinnah Park & shopping areas like Auriga, Liberty, Anarkali are hardly 10-15mins away. Malls like Emporium & Packages are about 20-25mins away with traffic. There are multiple food shops like 5mins away. Many restaurants deliver to the apartment so it isn't an issue. We infact ordered food every night from different restaurants. I'd recommend Bundu Khan & Salt and Pepper. The apartment itself is in a housing area that has barrier & guard outside. So it is safe to walk around. We went out & came back as last as 11pm at night without any problem. *Quick Tip: You can take a Careem to Liberty & it will hardly cost you Rs120. Service I dealt with Abdullah through Watsapp before our arrival & he was of great help. As i was travelling with my mum & aunt we didn't want an apartment on the higher floors as they would have problems getting up & down. He was kind enough to give us the apartment on the first floor. Every question or request I had, Abdullah gave a prompt answer. Even while we were there every request for food, courier quotations & printing of tickets was easily managed. He was just a call away. We even did laundry while we were there & the rates were reasonable. The 2 staff taking care of the place were also gem of people. They were polite & didn't demand any tips or anything like that. Infact they were always smiling & helpful. The night guard was kind enough to help us carry our shopping up every evening. The driver that dropped us at the airport refused the tips we were giving. Overall just very nice & genuine people. If anyone needs a clean & good place in Lahore I would definitely recommend Alnoor. I have decided never to stay anywhere else in Lahore & i hope they will maintain their standard in the future as well.

Well maintained, excellent location, handsome design, tastefully furnished, lovely garden on quiet street, with friendly, helpful and honest staff, Excellent free WiFi. Working generator. Short walk to lovely Serena Hotel and Islamabad Tennis Club. Depending on traffic, 5 to 10 minute drive to the Diplomatic Enclave. Situated in secure G-6/4 neighborhood. Room serviced daily, affordable laundry service, and good kitchen. I found breakfast to be poor and with Islamabad’s excellent shopping, kitchen prepared my supplies of fruit salad; porridge with fresh milk; and coffee. Most guests stay for short durations but monthly rate available, Secure (but small) parking lot, My sincere thanks to Green Oaks for greatly enhancing my Islamabad chapter by proving a home I enjoyed.

Nice hotel but poot management
Reviewed By husham007khwajaI stayed in this hotel for 5 days, and it was a good experience. Their staff is nice and they behave professionally with everyone, but they have two major problems. 1. The WIFI wasn't working in my room, and I complained about it. They send a person from the IT department and after some evaluation, he said we could not fix the problem, and you need to keep your door open to access other alternative signals. For using WIFI, I needed to always come downstairs and use their alternative networks. 2. They behvave nice, but in action they have a poor management. When you need something in your room, it takes up to 30-45 minutes for their staff to bring it for you.

Reviewed By TeymooreLocation is near GPO which is easily accessible from Mall Road. Bargaining needs to be done before renting a room. Nice view also available for most rooms so before renting check the views also. Parking is not enough if you leave in peak season. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are just average. Its better to enjoy food outside at Mall Road. There is not lift present which makes it a but uncomfortable but can be managed for young people
