Reviewed By phangggggBathroom is outside the room and appears to be shared with the three other rooms next door. You will be provided with a towel, a bar of soap and shampoo, which will be already pre-set on your bed. I will recommend this guest house for a good night's rest, especially if you are arriving late at night from the central train or bus station. There is an air-conditioning unit and a small TV with cable in the room, which is an added bonus. However, do not expect hotel standard facilities or amenities like hot water kettle, coffee, tea or any of that sort, as this is not a hotel.

Consigliato nelle sere d'estate per prendere un pò di fresco. Servizio molto professionale e attento, piatti molto buoni ed elaborati, prezzi più alti della media ma assolutamente in linea con la qualità. Ottime le costine di maiale in salsa barbeque fatta da loro

Italian House Rooms is perfect for tourists who want to visit Sofia for a convenient price. The location of the facility is right outside the Serdika Metro Station very near to the central boulevard Vitosha. Featuring free WiFi, TVs are also available in some of the rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The property is just 200 m away from Council of Ministers Building and Banya Bashi Mosque, while Presidency is 300 m from the property. The Center of Sofia is a great choice for travellers interested in churches, budget-friendly travelling and monuments, restaurants and bars.
I need of Improvements
Reviewed By AnotherTraveller3743We stayed in this pension two nights in a triple room that look very different from the photos it showed on internet. It's part of a commercial building that needs improvements in its walls, has humidity, patches in the roof, it was a rainy day and water entered from upside. We had many windows that faced directly in a wall. In contrasts beds, towels and all place in geneeal were clean. Attention from the staff was good. Location is very good , centrical, with bus lines, supermarkets and food places to eat nearby. It has potential, but really need improvements in order to be recommended.

Reviewed By 559antonsVery good value at a very central location. All major sights are at walking distance, the hotel is basically on the Serdika archeological site. The Serdike metro is in front of the hotel, so it is also easy to reach from the airport. Friendly personel, clean rooms. No breakfast but coffee bars are close by.

Very good facility in a quiet neighborhood near transportation and markets
Reviewed By cegaservicesI was there 4 days for work. Due to cancelled plane I arrived very late, after their normal check in. They answered my emails promptly and told me how to get the key. Was met at the door and well taken care of. Room was large, had good internet. Every 2 rooms shared their own kitchen and each had a full bathroom. 10 minute walk to main bus stop, with taxis and bus to airport. Restaurants, markets and shops within walking distance. The stay was very good and the staff extremely helpful.
