Unwind in lush surroundings next to the braai
Reviewed By Mikehughes2508I have stayed here a number of times for work purposes.The rooms are not luxurious but quite adequate for an overnight stay. I would suggest bring yourself provisions for your own evening braai and soak up the peace and tranquility after a long day. Utensils etc are provided. They do do meals on request. It's really nice to have a relaxed open space to chill.

Reviewed By djakob38Etwas versteckt im hinteren Teil von Letlhakhane befindet sich dieses kleine, aber überaus schöne Guesthouse mit freundlichem und sehr kompetentem Personal, welches perfekt Englisch spricht. Das Zimmer 4 war leider etwas klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.

Bed and breakfast accommodation
Reviewed By Johan SLovely little spot on the edge of the town with lots of parking. There is about 6 units available with queen beds. The rooms are spacious and colourful. Bathroom is nicely tiled. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Loved hearing the sounds of the town come alive at night while we had a bbq! Air conditioning worked well!! Plus it offers free WiFi which was great!!

Maintenance and repair lacking but very clean and comfortable.
Reviewed By Stephne AConsidering that this hotel is only 3 years old it is a terrible pity that it is not being maintained or repaired. The front entrance stairs are broken, the rainwater gutters are broken and not repaired, the window ledge tiling and surrounds need repair, the bathroom fixtures and fittings are falling off the walls.....and, and, and. BUT everything is squeaky clean and the linen and king size beds really comfortable. There is ample car parking and for those with trailers, there is a charge point so ask for that. A fridge in the room and coffee facilities. Free Wifi. We did not try the food before this review was completed. A good place to stop on the way up north the CKGR or other great places in Botswana.

New hotel difficult to find
Reviewed By PR-safariThe place was difficult to locate even though the town is small. Rooms good and clean. Staff very helpful. The property was still being constructed when we stayed. We ate dinner out but the breakfast was simple but good.

"An oasis in the middle of desert"
Reviewed By Ad_Astra26We stayed at Thakadu Hotel in a large group in the end of September 2017. The place was wonderful. - the room was clean and the bed was of a good quality (my room was a bit small, but not tiny) - the bar was open and the restaurant provided good food - the staff was very friendly. In fact, they offered us a car drive to Letlakane, when we wanted to visit a pharmacy, and did not charge for it. Also, I happened to leave some belongings at the hotel, and the staff immediately found a courier and sent them to me to Gaborone. I really appreciated their help. I would rate this hotel as 4-star. Really nice and beautiful.
