This is an old, no-frills motel, but very clean and good rate. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Easy access to everything. They do need to fix the deadlock on the door of our room though. So nice that our dogs were welcome!!!!

Nestled among the Coast Mountains of British Columbia on the south shore of beautiful Harrison Lake, enjoy the wonder and majesty of gorgeous Harrison Hot Springs, B.C. The Harrison Beach Hotel is located across from the beach on Harrison Lake, in the centre of the village, steps from shopping, dining, and boating.
Would've been perfect if the FD agent allowed us to check in an hour and 15mins prior to 4pm check in time even though the room's ready. But instead, she offered to check us in but with an additional payment. I would understand it if it was 4hrs earlier and on a busy weekend. Anyway, everything's great and enjoyed the stay.

Situated on the southern shore of Harrison Lake and surrounded by the Coast Mountains, Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa is a full service destination resort. The resort features 3 restaurants and a bar, Healing Springs Spa and five (5) spring fed hot mineral pools. An easily accessible getaway- the resort is only 90 minutes east of Vancouver and 45 minutes from the nearest Washington State border crossing.
After some impolite and aggressive conversations, they finally let us to enter our room at 4:35 pm! Thirty-five minutes after the check-in time! Also, I did not receive any compensation for this late check-in. The rooms were old and did not have microwaves (west wing tower). I also did not find the robes in the room. I called them and another angry staff told me that I have to wait about thirty minutes. I had to wait another 30 mins until they hand in the robes. We paid $350 dollars per night for such a poor service. The pools were just some ordinary pools. The only advantage of this hotel was that kids could enter the pool easily and liked its temperature. Do not waste your money at this place.

We booked directly with the cottages. Ours was the two bedroom Cedar cottage and it was perfect for a long weekend away from the city with our family. Conveniently located to restaurants within walking distance. We had the opportunity to visit Bridal Veil Fall in the town of Bridal Falls as well as do a more energetic hike around Hicks Lake in Sasquatch Provincial Park. The cottages had many amenities we used, barbecue and hot tub, and some we did not have a chance to use like kayaking on the river. Given the chance we will go back again and recommend this location to other looking for a calm, comfortable, relaxing get away.

This was a last minute booking and our expectations were low. The hotel is nothing to write home about. The room had two beds and a shower. The bathroom was very dated. We actually slept better on these beds than the beds at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. Room was like an oven when we first arrived as the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on. One of the bed side lamps wouldn’t work so we checked and it was unplugged. Then, we realized there wasn’t even an outlet for the lamp to plug into. Strange. But overall, we got what we expected.

This well kept lodge, designed to fit the landscape and surrounding gardens with a beautiful path along the waterfront welcomed us upon arrival and we knew right away that this place would be a perfect getaway! A short drive from restaurants and the public beach, we were not disappointed when entering Suite 1. The room was modern and clean, overlooking the lake with a small, covered patio for 2 to relax and enjoy the evening after a day of travel. Check-in is slick, a text with instructions on how to access your room is a lovely touch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Believe the poor reviews on this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was dirty, dark, dingy and in disrepair. The bathroom was particularly bad and the coffee maker was disgusting. Stayed for a night as nothing else was available.
