Reviewed By OnAir45986695082Resort staff are not very welcoming and unprofessionals. Hotel is outdated and not properly maintained. Overall the resort is outdated. Do not expect much if you are visiting this resort, as there are no activities at all. What you get is a normal hotel room and do not expect more than just that. Neither the resort or the experience is worth the money or time. If you try it once, definitely you will not come back again.

Reviewed By Racan A... and you don’t happen to live on a compound, then Goot is probably one of the better options. Hotel style (i.e room service)... very nice chalets. They do need a little do up, they are pricy, but otherwise really worth it. Usually SAR 3000 on weekends and in high season during Eid.

Reviewed By AhmadA7538My room was at a smoking floor. I am not a smoker, and the reception guy didn’t ask me if I’m a smoker or not. The smell of the whole floor was too bad. The safety box was not working. I asked them to fix it and they did not send anybody. No enough parking outside. One of the days of my stay, I hanged the “clean my room” tag on the door and nobody did. I came back to my room at night and it was not clean. I put my clothes at the laundry bag and I filled the paper of the laundry, then I called the operator asking him to send somebody to collect the bag. He answered me that we do not have laundry at the hotel! I don’t know why there is a laundry paper and a laundry bag in the room. Picture is attached. The soap at the toilet is like a stone. No foam when you use it. The pillow is too huge and too puffy. Not comfortable. Only 3 elevators at the hotel and 1 of them is not working. You have to wait for a long time to use the elevator. Hotel staff are using the same 2 elevators.

Reviewed By azizs828Amazing experience, best stake house in town Pauline, Sujay and the rest of staff hospitality was above and beyond. We came here multiple times over the past 2 years and every time we come back we leave the restaurant very satisfied. The food, vibes, and drinks are all amazing. But the best of all is the restaurant staff. We will definitely come back here again!

Reviewed By EyeSurgeonSAاستأجرنا الشالية رقم ٥( اكبر شاليه عندهم ): الصدق لله مساحته كانت جيدة لنا كعائلة اقل من ٧ اشخاص، وكان فيه علب ماء وايس كريم بالثلاجة كنوع من الضيافه اللطيفة. لكن الامر اللذي سائنا جميعًا هو نظافة الجلسات الخارجية والطاولات والستائر المهترئه الداخليه? المسبح للاسف كان عبارة عن مستنقع نتن وله رائحة سيئة مليء بالحشرات والشعر وعليه طبقة كالعفن، مع الحاحي على التغيير من قبل حضوري بايام واعطاني وعد الاستاذ الكريم المسؤول عن الحجز واكدوا لي حتى قبل حضوري بساعات انه تم التغيير والتعقيم للمسبح لكن للاسف خذلوني. ? والله وحقًا بالله، لا انصح فيه ابدًا اذا كان الهدف استجمام او تسلية او حتى المناسبات باي شكل، ان كان الهدف من الحجز لاجتماع او لعمل رسمي هناك خيارات اكثر اخرى. مقارنةً بغيرة يعتبر اسوأ حجز لي لاني دفعت قيمه فوق ٢٣٥٠ ريال ومبيت وبالنهاية عقمنا المكان والجلسات الخارجية بانفسنا وجلسنا بدون مسبح. تجربة صدقًا لله لا ارجوها لاحد ولن اكررها. A horrible day I have spent on this chalet, a huge mistake of me that I depended on a fake high rated comments and I ignored those comments stating the real horrible condition of the chalet, really not worthing the amount I paid 2400 SR for an Eid day, the swimming pool was a stinky and disgusting leak with hair and insects and a layer of stink overall the pool which means that this pool have not been changed or even cleaned for months. Worst experience that I won’t repeat and would never wish it for a friend or anyone else, take care my friends.
