Bad Management Hotel
Reviewed By MkhawajiA month ago, I booked a 5-day hotel reservation for a two-room suite + a studio. I called them on arrival at 12 noon and asked them to be nearby. The staff member explained that we would arrive between 5pm and 6.30pm. I will cancel your reservation if you do not pay and tell her that I am on the way. I can not pay. We will arrive at 6:00 pm and agreed but when we arrived at 6 pm we were informed that the booking had been canceled. In the discussion with them, they found that they had booked the suite for someone else and we would not be allowed to live in Gretchen instead of 3 rooms at the same price as 3 rooms and since the time of our visit was on vacation time we could not get any other hotel that day and we had to stay in the same The hotel has the most expensive price. The hotel manager is very bad and the liar claimed that the booking was canceled by the administration in Jeddah which is then discovered that it is not explicitly true that the hotel is very bad and the manager is disrespectful and exploitative as far as I think he is the owner of the hotel. I would never recommend it and consider it the worst hotel in Saudi Arabia واجهتني مشكلة غريبة قمت بحجز غرفتين في فندق لمدة 4 أيام في مدينة جازان وكان الحجز غير قابل للإلغاء 19 يوم قبل موعد الحجز وقمت بالاتصال بهم يوم الوصول الساعة 12 ظهرا وطلبت منهم أن تكون الغرف متجاورة، وأيلغت الموظف أنني سوف أصل بين الساعة 5 مساءا إلى الساعة 6مساءا، في تمام الساعة 5:19 مساءا تم الاتصال بي من موظفة الحجوزات وقالت لي ان حجزك سوف يلغى اذا لم تقم بالدفع الآن فقلت لها أنني في الطريق ولا استطيع الدفع الآن وسوف أصل الساعة السادسة مساءا ووافقت على ذلك إلا أننا عند وصولنا الساعة السادسة مساءا تم ابلاغنا أن الحجز تم إلغاؤه. وعند النقاش معهم تبين أنهم قاموا بحجز الغرف المخصصة لنا لشخص آخر ولن يتم السماح لنا بالسكن إلا في غرتين بدلا من 3 غرف وبنفس سعر 3 غرف. المسؤول عن الفندق سيئ جدا وكذاب ادعى أنه تم الغاء الحجز من قبل الإدارة في جدة وهو ما اكتشفت بعد ذلك أنه غير صحيح، صراحة فندق سيئ جدا والمسؤول عنه غير محترم واستغلالي إلى أبعد درجة وأعتقد أنه مالك الفندق. لا أنصح فيه أبدا وأعتبره أسوأ فندق في المملكة العربية السعودية
