Reviewed By morebrookOur visit to this amazing resort was a big surprise. We received a grand tour and the manager showed us one of the villas. The 3 storie Appartment has 3 bathrooms, separate toilets, 3 kitchen and 3 spacious living room. First floor has a balcony that has a nice view on the Center park, playgarden and outside terrace. Ground floor has a indoor heated swimming pool and a outside courtyard. A lovely place to stay

Reviewed By 659salmakGreat hotel.Really close to Haram.Good breakfast.Clean neat.Lifts open at front of abraj complex and not at the back as for other hotels. The suite had 2 bedrooms and a big lounge.2 bathrooms.Good breakfast.But room keys were problematic and had to be frequently recharged. The reception was good and helpful.They would arrange Careem for us to go to Jarana.

Many rooms (5 rooms including two bedroooms) are there in one apartment and most of the big in size. Good facilities like fridge, owen, washing machine and good internet speed. Fruit bowl once in a week is provided and two Indian restaurants(Mallu) near by with in a KM.

Reviewed By englishabdullahVery good hotel. I was a little concerned that the experience would not be as good as staying at a branded property but I was really very impressed. Greeting by the reception staff was always warm and welcoming. The room was of a good size, clean and well equipped. Thought had obviously gone into the decoration. Breakfast was provided by room service and was fine in quantity but the quality was not as good as you would expect at an international brand, but this was the only downside to the stay. Also an excellent location and parking was easy. Price was good value especially considering this was F1 weekend in Jeddah. I would certainly recommend and stay again.

Reviewed By Ahmed AThis apartment suites not a hotel, it is very expensive for nothing. the facilities are nice for family and clean. it is in located near to hospital. I did not like the way of the staff because they over charge me. You can find a 5 star hotel with lower prices. I will never visit this suites again and advice you to be careful when you check in and read all conditions good so you do not end up paying more for less service.

Reviewed By e7ahranPros: The check-in and out experience were smooth, only a room in the smoking floor was available though. Location is very good, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, Al-Baik is a 5-minute walk. Rooms, hallways and almost every corner is spotless. Quiet in general, but poor sound isolation between rooms. The ambience and decor are really nice and welcoming. Wifi is fast and reliable, not like many hotels who have useless free wifi. Room service is excellent, respectful and polite. Cons: The room is pretty small, and missing some accessories like an iron, prayer mat, etc. (Photo). Breakfast buffet with very limited options, but it’s in a nice spot to start your day with (Photo). Gym is like a personal gym or even less, very limited equipment in a very small space, it'll be even uncomfortable for 2 persons to train at the same time (Photo). The hotel in the middle of the city, so I won't be expecting a beach view, but still I was unlucky to have a view of the next building's backside (Photo).

Everyone needs a place to lay their weary head. For travelers visiting Taif, Toot House is an excellent choice for rest and rejuvenation. Rooms at Toot House provide a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a sofa. Taif is also known for some great parks, including Al Rudaf Park, Al-Anoud Park, and Al Faisaliah garden, which are not too far from Toot House. Toot House is sure to make your visit to Taif one worth remembering.

Reviewed By Tas193Below average stay. Could be cleaner. Constant noise and thumping sounds all night. No idea where they were coming from. Huge sound proofing issues. Lukewarm water at best. Smell from bath room. Poor customer service. Staff do not look happy to serve. Bed sheets left un ironed, which makes it look very creased and messy. Electrics seemed to be an issue. Many of the functions worked in room 108. Fridge was terribly noisy. A very thin mattress provided for a child. In Winter on a stone cold floor this wasn’t ideal. 2 provided upon request. Positives - comfortable bed. Free Arabic coffee and dates upon checkin. Lady at checkin spoke good english and was very friendly and professional. Male at night didn’t speak english so difficult to communicate. Limited secure free parking available. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. We were under the impression there would be a buffet breakfast available. However we were served a tray of breakfast items in the room. No coffee. Only black tea. And options alternate between 2 days, so you get what you get. Although what we were given on the first day of our stay was decent. The second day we had to leave at 7am, and after requesting an early breakfast staff were unable to provide one. Seems that the breakfast is ordered in from outside, arranged on a tray and brought to your room. Most likely would not stay here again
