Pleasant Art Deco Style Hotel with Onsen Baths
Reviewed By 8kyoto8Having arrived late on the train with no time to get back to Osaka that day, two charming local ladies recommended this hotel and one of them took me on a short bus ride from the station, paid my fare and even got off with me and took me to the hotel door- such is the kindness of the average Japanese person. It is an airy Art Deco style hotel at the edge of the sea with lovely views a short walk to the notorious Cove where the annual dolphin slaughter takes place. A £12 traditional evening meal was good value, but it may have included dolphin or whale meat as I realised rather too late; both local products are for sale in the foyer. The WiFi worked in the foyer, the room had everything I needed, and the staff spoke a little English and there is a bus stop outside.. There was a traditional onsen in the building which I did not try, andthere is a machine selling matcha green tea ice cream made by Haagen Dazs which you can't buy in the west.

山の上の国民宿舎
Reviewed By wonderboy022野球大会でマツゲン球場を利用したので１番近い宿ということで利用させていただきました 宿の前は道が狭いので、球場までマイクロバスて迎えに来てくれたりして、助かりました。お風呂も狭くはないしエレベーターもあるし。 家庭的な雰囲気でゆっくりできました 朝ごはんは品数も十分 美味しかったです

Great place to stay.
Reviewed By Philip NOpposite the beach where you can sit and watch the sunset. Sounds idyllic. The hotel is very central and great for exploring the region. The rooms are comfortable although they don't have ensuites with toilets only. Can be quite a walk to the baths and dining room after a long days walk. The food and service are excellent with no complaints.

事前準備をきちんとすれば快適
Reviewed By s07037事前に備え付けのタオルやドライヤー、アメニティなどがないことは確認して行きました ただし、ティッシュとメリット等のお風呂用のアメニティは備え付けがありました。 金庫、冷蔵庫はもちろんありません。 温泉の質はよく、値段も低価格だったので満足です ただし館内は古く、虫(蟻や蜘蛛)が多くお風呂も脱衣場にバスマットが一枚ひいてあるだけなので、汚いと感じるかもしれないです 一般的なホテル旅館などしか行ったことのないかたには最低最悪かもしれません (実際同じ時間帯にお風呂に行った家族連れのお母さんは最悪と連呼していました) 利用される場合は最低限バスタオル、タオル(ちゃんと使えるもの)は人数分もっていかれた方がいいです。 まわりはなんにもないので静かです。 お風呂の利用時間も21時までなので、22時以降は宿の方も就寝されるそうなのでなにもすることないのでゆったりした時間がすごせました。 蟻はたくさんいましたが トイレが基本男女共用で和式、臭いはきになります。 入り口近くに洋式が一つだけあったのですが朝食まで気づかず損した気分です 夜のトイレは薄暗く学校のトイレみたいでおまけにデカイ蜘蛛もいたので大変不気味でした 食事は最低料金にしても満足する内容だったので、豪華にしたいのであれば舟盛りプランで行かれるといいかと思います。 それでも土日料金で一泊二食付きで7千円台は安いと思います。(他の宿泊施設と比べて) 設備は古くて事前準備が必要ですがよかったです

山奥にある一軒宿
Reviewed By 1000akun温泉の湯がとても良いと、友達の勧めで一緒に行きました。 地産地消の食べ物で、愛情のこもった、体に優しい食事を出して下さり、ウッド調の建物は現地の木で作られたと聞きました。山奥にあり、心身共に癒される空間でした。温泉通の友人が勧めるだけあって、温泉の湯もとても良く、秋篠宮殿下ご夫妻も泊られたようで、写真が飾ってありました。また、是非行きたいです。
