Room smelled like humidity, ended up paying for breakfast when I thought it was offered

The room smelled a lot like humidity and I was surprised to see how small the bathroom was (for this price at least). I saw a paper at the front desk stating "Continental Breakfast offered for all guests from 7:00 to 10:00) only to end up getting charged 60$+ at the restaurant for taking the buffet. After asking the front desk they told me it was for the guests who stayed the night before but it wasn't specified, the lady didn't feel like she was sorry neither so it was pretty disappointing.

Very poor customer service
Reviewed By martinmM8482YVI booked a 1 night stay at this motel, which I cancelled by mistake while using Expedia Virtual Agent. The motel charged me the full price. Expedia called the motel twice trying to get the booking re-instated or the penalty cancelled or even just a credit for a future stay. The motel refused to do anything. I called as well, but was never able to reach anyone. I left a message, as advised and never got called. I will never book here again.

Reviewed By cebcolpittsThis is an average hotel that has been kept well. Not fancy but has everything you need including lovely husband and wife owners. Our room was clean . The bathroom spotless. Breakfast was fulsome as boiled eggs, waffles , several kinds of bread and yoghurt plus tasty coffee. Prices very reasonable.

Overnight stay at a Parc Omega wolf Cabin
Reviewed By TheGriswoldMy family of 4 stayed overnight at one of the Parc Omega wolf cabins, and spent the next day in the park. Cost was a little over $600 but at least it included the day in the parc. The cabin experience made it worthwhile with great views of the wolves from the cabin. And also while on a boardwalk that bisected the cabins and the cottages, we got to see two separate packs of wolves and also bears. It's pricy, but as a one-off experience it's worth it.

Late autumn adventure
Reviewed By George MWe had family visiting from south-west ontario and wanted to take them somewhere different than our usual haunts so we ended up in Montebello, Overall we were pleased with the accommodation although not totally happy with the shared bathroom. Our room was small and we had to make do with single beds. It was a very stormy night and the home is next door to a tavern which resulted in a noisy night. The owner is very friendly and talkative and the breakfast was very good.

Cute Motel - Amenities are not as advertised
Reviewed By jaclynkillahThe room was very cute. We had a little table and chair outside on a deck which was lovely and inside the rooms are neat, simple, and cozy. The motel has a great location on the main street of Montebello, so we were able to walk for dinner and a drink in the evening. The only thing that was disappointing was they advertise a small breakfast which was not provided or even mentioned. They also have conflicting check-out times. We were told 10 am was checkout, but the card they gave us stated 11.
