Reviewed By Cokina_00Lovely hotel with just a few rooms, quiet, not very busy, very well equipped rooms with full amenities and a coffee tea station. It is comfortable, within a walking distance of everything. It's right by the port so it's a perfect location for boat trips. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend it.

Reviewed By Nourita123Incredibly beautiful and serene. The view of the sea and location of the hotel is incomparable to any other place I’ve stayed in Lebanon. It is non-commercial and the staff make sure you are taken care of; everything from check-in to check-out is smooth. No stress, beautiful sunsets & a clean and laid-back atmosphere - what else could you ask for?

Sleepless/inconsiderate
Reviewed By lyalla2021If you want to sleep before 1 or 2 am, do not go to Aqualand. The bar near the pool blasts music until at least 1 am. It is the only resort in the immediate area that had music blaring at that time. It is incredibly annoying and inconsiderate. The bar preferred to blast the music for its 5 customers instead of consider the hundreds of others in the resort and others probably staying/living around the resort who might want to sleep before 1. If you want a restful place to go, find some place other than Aqualand. I certainly won't go back.

Overated crazy owners
Reviewed By Tourist333063We booked a room for our daughter for her birthday. It was very expensive but we paid happily coz it s a special occasion. Floor was very dusty our socks turned black the curtain in bedroom was broken on the floor the shower was not functionning no gaz but we thought it a gonna be one night and we will manage anyway. The place was under construction and they didnt say so dust and noise in the lobby. Nana the owner was barging into the room knocking histerically on the door and using very nasty unpolite vocabulary every now and than knowing that i was with the girls all the time and they were only playing nice music and she had no proof that someone was complaining we even asked the second morning people havin breakfast on the terrasse and nobody was annoyed. When we asked to meet her the second morning she was not there! And then she appeared few minutes before we checked out!! Unprofessional with no sense of hospitality unpolite couple running this place which is overrated indeed!!
