Reviewed By ZhubabaIf you know the ordinal rate of a stay in Tokyo, its quite reasonable in that area of Tokyo. The size of room is same as famous biz hotel, but compact kitchen is additional item compared with the hotel room of those. Acess from railway is not good, but lately the taxi first ride within 1.5km was changed to JPY410, which helped to choose this hotel. Free wifi is available and speed is good. Amenity is acceptable level. It is better than i.e. hotel in HK sizewise and pricewise.

駅至近、リーズナブルで必要十分なビジネスホテル
Reviewed By Fearless806659最近開業した新しいホテルだそうです（予約時には知りませんでした）。大門駅から地上に出て、同じグループの相鉄フレッサイン浜松町大門に向かってしまいました。恐らく、今後も間違える人がいそう…。 チェックインは自動チェックイン機で行います。2泊しましたが、混んでいる様子は見られませんでした。感染症対策も適切に行われています。 部屋はやはり新しいので気持ちよく過ごせます。個別空調で、ベッドも広いと思います。あとは、シャンプー等（DHC）のアメニティの質が上がるといいかな。こだわりだすとキリがないですが、もう1ランク良いものを使ってほしい。上層階でしたが、水圧が強かったのは嬉しいです。 この価格でこのサービスならぜひ次も選択肢に入れたいと思います。浜松町、大門駅すぐそばなので、周囲の飲食店には困りません。オススメです。

都会で温泉に行った(ような)気分にさせてくれる
Reviewed By Luke0518友人と宿泊。当初温泉でも行くつもりがだんだん近場になってきて最終的には温泉無しで雰囲気だけ…と言う企画になってしまいましたが結果的に正解でした。場所はグランドプリンス内。入口は少々わかりづらく、なぜかフロントも玄関も誰も居らずロビーをうろちょろ。やっとスタッフを見つけ案内され4階へ。クラブラウンジでお抹茶とお菓子をいただきながのチェックイン。ラウンジは少々簡素で小さなスペースながらも客室は14室のみとの事なのでキャパ的にはこれでいいのかも。特筆すべきは、この高輪プリンスエリアの3つのホテルの(プラス花香路なので実際は4つ)ラウンジ全てにアクセスできる点(待ってましたw)これはこの花香路のみの特典らしくテンションが上がる。17時から2時間のカクテルタイムで全部制覇しようと言う、ゆっくりしに来たはずがエラいバタバタな企画に急遽変更！17時ちょうどに花香路のラウンジへ行くも先客なし。張り切った私達は恥ずかしい。飲み物はシャンパン、ワイン、日本酒、ウイスキー、良さげなジュース(笑)等少数精鋭。おつまみはプレートに盛り合わせで9品？ここのコンセプトが和なので和のセットです。その後下の階のラウンジへ行くも行列、新高輪はビールと昼間の残りのケーキしかなく、さくらタワーへ行くもお酒、スナックとも気のきいたものは無く、結局振り出しに戻る結果に。振り出しに戻った結果分かったことは、ここはカクテルタイムを過ぎてもお酒の提供があると言う事(オードブルは無し)最終的にここだけ利用するのが正解だと分かったので次回からはそうします。前置きが長くなりましたが、お部屋は旅館のそれと同じ設えで畳にベッド。窓からはお庭の眺めがよく、お風呂からもお庭が見えます(お庭からもお風呂が見えるのか？)バスルームは広くて気持ちが良い。私には不要なレインシャワーは無し。アメニティの化粧水類も無し(これは欲しかった)。朝食は部屋に運んでくれてお庭を眺めながらゆっくり部屋でいただけるのはありがたい。内容もちょっとした旅館くらいで品数も多い。 館内のスタッフは皆とても対応が良いのも特長。あとは温泉でも掘っていただけたら言うことなし。

Reviewed By Maggie WIt's great value and well-located. It even has a bar/lounge at the first floor, and it's free of charge! The room was comfortable and the bed was great, and it also comes with the Handy phone and amenities packs! How sweet was that! We had a wonderful stay there. Will definitely choose here to stay again for next visit.

Very small room
Reviewed By DoinarodicaThis room is for one person only. The price maybe reflects its location, as it is a few hundred meters away from the Tokyo tower. We paid about 80 euros. After we put the luggage, in the room, there was no room to walk around the bed . No arm chair to sit.The pictures show the bed only and the small table with two chairs show in a different picture, so you can not see how small it is. Bathroom was the size of the ones they have on cruise ships, you turn around and hit the walls with your elbows. There was no closet to put your clothes, just 3 hangers and 3 hooks. There is no reception between 11pm to 10am, there is an emery number only. I would call it a hostel rather than a hotel. Staff was friendly, as everyone in Japan. An amazing culture. The two stars are for the location and the friendly staff.
