Reviewed By AndyonhisholsThe privilege floor really is what it says - you get so many privileges - free car and driver, free cocktails, free laundry, minibar, concierge and more. The staff on the 4th floor concierge desk, including our PA Reena couldn’t have done more. Food is good, pool is good, room is good (but maybe not quite excellent). Our driver was great. He took us to all the temples, to restaurants etc and he was always there on time with bottles of iced water and frozen hand towels. Very highly recommended.

The Night Market and Pub Street are only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk ride. It is 10 km from Angkor Wat and 15 minutes from Siem Reap International Airport. Every room features a flat-screen satellite/cable TV, safe, minibar and an electric kettle. Private bathroom with shower, and free toiletries are included. Our hotel is an eco-establishment. Guests can approach staff at the 24-hour front desk for checking in, ticketing services, and currency exchange. The property also offers complimentary airport and pub street shuttle services.

Reviewed By avril wWhen our free airport pick up tuk tuk turned off an unmade road, we were rather worried! However, behind some large metal sliding doors, we discovered an oasis of calm and tranquility. This small hotel far exceeded our expectations. The pool was crystal clear and we had it to ourselves almost all of the time. The room was spacious and air conditioned. The food was delicious and freshly cooked and we tried pretty much every Khmer dish on the menu. The staff were lovely, especially the girls who served our delicious free breakfast. Mr Lin organised trips that met our needs perfectly and the boys at the front desk always had a smile and a tuk tuk ready. The hotel is in a quieter part of Siem Reap, a 10 - 15 minute walk from the centre (Old Market, Pub Street etc) or a 5 minute $2 tuk tuk ride. For us, this was a benefit. Lots of the other guests who were staying at the hotel were there for the yoga school (next door) and so there was a lovely, calm atmosphere at the hotel. We especially liked that the hotel is not for profit and supports women’s projects, the provision of clean drinking water and a local school. And finally, it was EXCELLENT value for money.

Reviewed By GlennB960I requested a 4kg bag of laundry to be done. At checkout I discovered it cost $148 USD here. THEIVES!!!. Couldn't have been more than 2 hours work. I had a bigger bag of laundry done in Phnom Penh by a laundry service for $9 USD.

Lovely contemporary hotel for chilling out
Reviewed By LitetravellerSpent 4 nights at this hotel chilling out in Sihanoukville whilst travelling in Cambodia. The room I shared with a friend was quite small but was comfortable. The shower room was very nice and the shower was very powerful. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. My only criticism of the room was there was no refrigerator. The pool area is well maintained and very inviting. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is no restaurant or bar on the site but we ordered takeway drinks from the Aloha bar on the beach and the staff there bought them to us at the pool. There are several restaurants in the immediate area but the area is genenerally low key and laid back and was just what I needed.

Everything - bar none - is absolutely world class. Escapism, as the designer of the hotel uses as a description of what he offers, it what you get. This is amongst the elite of tented camps.

Hope it will be helpful and you will not suffer like me during this Khmer New Year holidays with family. I was lucky that I didn't paid by card and decided to pay on cash at property.
